At the moment it's a lose-lose situation. Either the ending is just a horrible pile of shit, or they left it open so they can maybe get money off it later.

Dunno about you guys, but I'll just enjoy the game for what it is, play the MP like a crack-addict and hope any DLC that comes our way is decent
I listen to the cut Anderson dialogue every day because it's so good

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the game to bits. I'm on my second playthrough and haven't really touched the MP all that much yet. Haven't found people to play with :{

[sp]The indoctrination thing also works to show why only the two crew members (and Joker) you most used seemed to come out of the ship at the end. If Shepard believed he was dead he'd likely have thought about the consequences of his actions to his closest allies, thus placing them on a lush tropical island safe and together in his head.

Yes, along with the utensils you use when you eat. That Omni-fork and Omni-spoon are really a life saver.
