gonna cheat on miranda with diana allers and kaidan alenko
It needs to go something along the lines of punch every punchable, buy every buyable, shoot every shootable, break every breakable and dick every dickable.
Is there by any chance an ending where [sp]destroy the reapers was chosen, but then EDI exited the ship in the paradise moment?[/sp]
I was actually intent on not buying this game after watching the endings on YouTube, but after seeing the conspiracy thread I actually want to get it now.

No. [sp]Destroying all synthetics ending DESTROY ALL SYNTHETICS. EDI, Geths, Reapers, All technology that isn't Organic.[/sp]
Besides, you could also say INDOCTRINATION ending, but that's just crazy theories, and leaves the game even more incomplete.
If [sp] it all was a hallucination, then where is the real ending. I can't see how they can SELL the REAL ending if so. It's just stupid, it's like selling a half book.[/sp]
Sorry but it doesen't make sense for me.

I say you wait and see if they will cook up a better ending and offer it to us. Also price drop.
So, I have a slightly depressing thought that the ending was changed at the last minute. The whole [sp]Crucible section[/sp] at the end was just so unfinished and nothing made any sense. I remembered reading a thing about Bioware considering a Mass Effect MMO which leads me to think the ending was mostly finished when Bioware got the order from EA to prepare for a MMO, but they had no time so they hastily slapped together an ending that [sp]completely invalidates everything you've done and destroys the relay network, allowing them to timeskip to a point where an alternte form of FTL travel has been invented.[/sp]
Once again an MMO (potentially, I have no proof) kills a well written franchise. I'm mainly just going from all the cut dialouge and the fact that the end game area is so obviously slapped together with little care.
Guys, is there any way to go back and redo the ending choice without going through the entire god damn Cerberus Base and entire god damn Earth mission again?

Nah. If Bio/EA has any plans for another MMO, it's in the far, far, far future. They've got their hands full with their KotoR MMO.
On a small, unimportant side note, I was disappointed that you couldn't edit colors or anything for the ME2 DLC armor sets. I like the Inferno helmet so much but I can't stand the red coloring.

I still think Bioware are up to something. They're awfully quiet.

Load the citadel chapter save. You still have to do the [sp] walk to the beam, Illusive man, and stupid kid parts[/sp]

Well, what would they say? They're not exactly going to publicly acknowledge that their flagship series has a universally reviled ending.
Post the names you've given your Shepard.
Mine are
Shepard Shepard and Anus Shepard
[editline]12th March 2012[/editline]
I'm so witty hahaha. "Anus"
Adrian Shepard, obviously.

Illusive man 2012!
Adrian Shepard, obviously.
yep.
Though I like to think "commander" or "the reapers" would also be good names
It did occur to me that [sp]even if the mass relays are destroyed, wouldn't quantum entanglement devices still work? So it's not like the species will never see each other for centuries.[/sp]
Most technology would've been wiped out by the blast. It's not too clear as to what the [sp]Destroy ending really affect. If you have low assets, it fucks up the entire galaxy. If you have very high assets, you wake up breathing on Earth.[/sp]
Jim Shepard after James T. Kirk, but I play him more like Picard. Plus he's bald.

"We haven't revealed that yet."
That's definite confirmation that Bioware is up to something.

John Shepard cause thats also a very common name...
I want the suit from the Kasumi DLC in ME3. Thats the best casual wear

I was pissed when there wasn't a true bald texture in ME2 or ME3.
Also pissed there wasn't a good 2001-style space helmet. I try to go for realism in sci-fi games.

That's what gets me. [sp]It's supposed to wipe out synthetic life, how does it tell the difference between sythetic life and all other tech? And if it doesn't then the games options are "Space Magic: new DNA lol", "Shepard is now da Reapurs!" or "Galactic dark age, fuck you"[/sp]
I mean there's trying to have a sad/gritty ending but Bioware are really just being dicks about it. The more think about the ending the more it falls apart, and it wasn't good when I initially saw it.
I love Bioware and hate Bioware with a passion.
Simultaneously.
It's like a person you love is about to fall off a cliff.
But they are saved.
By Hitler.
That's how I feel towards Bioware. They are Hitler who saved the life of someone you love.

In fact, if you have very low war assets (Under 1800),[sp] it doesn't even do the fucking difference between Synthetic life forms and Organic lifeforms, destroying the entire galaxy in pure lethal energy, basically ending all life as we know it. [/sp]

How does that make any sense? [sp] The Crucible is a machine designed in the past, how can your actions now have an effect on what its going to do?[/sp]
Silly Bioware.

Did BSN go down for anyone else?

[sp]The war assets you gathered in the now built it, so you didn't build it right with the limited materials you had. [/sp]

[sp]Part of your getting allies is getting people to help build the Crucible, of which the design wasn't finished. Humanity not only had to finish the design they had to build it, so if you have less people working on it its more likely a fatal flaw gets through.[/sp]
