[sp] Did you read the stupid message that you got when you went back to the Normandy or did you just ignore it? [/sp]
Wait, I didn't see anything, what did it say?
In fact, let me add a bit more to Anderson's leaving of the council, they still could've done what they had planned for Udina anyways. The man's already known how to get anything on the Citadel so he's clearly capable, has the contacts, and shown to be working for human interest since ME1. What should happen is Anderson decides to help lead the Alliance forces while still in the council, and Udina begins his schemes while he's away. Having Anderson on the council in the end could help contribute to possibly more war score, maybe even convincing the Salarians to give in their full forces. In the most extreme case if you don't think Anderson could simply move a bit out of his position, why not have Hackett for the beginning scenes? That would actually be pretty awesome to see.

I had marathoned ME1 and ME2 in the two weeks before ME3 and it was Councilor Anderson. But Bioware had to have their way, and they invalidated my decisions. And this whole series is based on your decisions and their ramifications. Fuck.
I think ME3 was best in terms of gameplay. ME1 had the best item customization, but the inventory management was a nightmare, and thought the retcon was absurd, I have to admit I like it better with reloading. ME2 did away with the clutter, but also had very boring itemization, and simpler skill trees if I recall. ME3 had a much better variety in weapons, somewhat better armor, and the skill trees were also improved.
Aw hell yes, just got my pattern for my Quarian infiltrator and a Mantis VII in MP
Does anyone know if the shock part of the Decoy skill is like a constant damage thing, or just something that fires once when an enemy gets near?
Just finished the game last night. [sp] Had something like 3000 effective, chose the Synthesise option, since it's the lesser evil all-around and better in the long run. Still, disappointed with it, somewhat. I mean, killing off Shepard is a bit of a kick in the nuts. And the Catalyst? Come on, that's just some kind of bullshit. Probably gonna try this thing again, but with 5000 assets.[/sp]

[/sp] [sp] I mean, all you see with 5000 is just a hint that he's alive and some how not dead from the explosion [/sp]
Quarian infiltrator with sabotage in MP against Geth. Some of the most satisfying gameplay ever when you have a Geth Prime killing troopers, hunters, pyros, and their own drones.

They're technically part synthetic, and the same thing happened to Shepard during Operation Overlord. While you may not be able to control them totally, perhaps it confuses them?
All my sabotaged geth just stand around like idiots and don't attack their friends Some even keep shooting me Do I need to level up more powers or what?

It's like 50x better seeing an Engineer set a turret up to have it kill him 3 seconds later. 60,000 credits, spend it on a Spectre Pack or 12 Recruit Packs? Will post results on either.
i choose 3 veteran packs because i'm a rebel
i always go with spectre packs because they provide the best loot last three packs i've gotten have had a turian soldier, some fancy gun and something else i don't remember i just remember it was outlined in gold and it was probably special

Graal Spike Thrower with High Calibur Barrel (damage) and Smart Choke (accuracy) is my new favourite weapon.
ME3 feels like the weakest in the series if you think about it all (which I constantly do).
mass effect 1 is dog balls lol
So, I just did the mission to share a cure to the genophage to all the people of tuchunka. [sp]I cried so much when mordin gave the gift of life to the krogan people at the cost of his own. So many tears.[/sp] [sp]God dammit, he was my favorite. To make it worse, the only way to save him is to shit on what he works so hard on.[/sp] [sp]At least conrad verner "saved" me later on.[/sp] That made up for it a little.
mass effect 1 is dog balls lol
Care to go into detail with that one?
Just finished ME3. Ending was a bit disappointing but eh.. It was okay. The best part of the game was [sp]Right before the start of the Cerberus station attack, I go by Garrus' to talk to him and I find him and Tali all cuddling up. Best part of the game. I'm happy for them. Garrus<3Tali 5 ever[/sp]
hell yeah.
Care to go into detail with that one?
gameplay is shit, only good characters in the game are in ME2 as well (particularly if you count the DLC). ME2 is character development and interesting subplots while ME1 feels like playing through some arbitrary Legend of Zelda temples. Oooh, now we're in the snowy temple, now we're in the sand temple! The best part of it is that first reaper discussion, which is quite incredible and a defining moment of the series, but outside of that and a few other small things. You have the most cheesy "gamey" antihero of all time and even more bland characters than ME2 by miles. I'd taken Jacob over Kaiden any day lol [editline]13th March 2012[/editline] don't even get me into the shitty side missions. ME2 and ME3 weren't much better but at least they tried to put some sort of plot into them.

I never claimed the combat good. :v:
