There's atleast 6 people in the Shuttle Bay that you can see in-game. Cortez, Vega and 4 others. I'll bet your ass one of those 4 can fly a shuttle and would stay on board.

I figure they'll release separate "combat" and "atmosphere" soundtracks like they did with the last game. Pretty bad moneygrubbing if you ask me but it's not like we can affect it. If no one buys those they won't release them at all.

I just started a new game and imported a ME3 playthrough in which she was alive and everything.
She showed up in the holding bay after I had done the following:
- Grimson Academy
- Palaven moon
- Javik Recruitment mission (but that shouldn't count)
- N7 Cerberus Lab
- The first Citadel mission [sp](talk to Udina to try get support for Earth from the Council)[/sp]
So if she hasn't shown up for you there is most likely something amiss.

The ONLY thing I can possibly do right now is the final Tuchanka mission. So I don't know.

Do the mission, I'd say. Not much else you can do about it. Either she shows up after it and you're in luck or she doesn't and you'll be getting too close to the Cerberus Invasion

I just had another thought about the endings, it's probably been mentioned and/or complete shit but [sp]In Mass Effect 1, Saren was indoctrinated and he supported the "Synthesis" option. He believed that it was the destiny of the galaxy. In ME3, TIM was indoctrinated and believed that "Control" was the best option. That leaves only "Destroy" as the remaining option that had not already been tried and failed in the past by an indoctrinated enemy.
It's also interesting to remember that both of them committed suicide under the influence of indoctrination as soon as they were close to being regarded as a threat.[/sp]

Bioware store, they are fully preordered now I think because I can't find them on the site. You can try ebay or other sites, the Shepard one I actually bought from some US store I don't know what one, either way the shepard was not available to purchase back then.
