Figured I'd do that one edit because why not [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/3oz35.jpg[/thumb] Changing the value in coalesced and then the save file seems to work just fine. I noticed if you just change in the save it doesn't always work.
That really adds to the theory,at least for me because I don't believe they would retard so hard
So either they are complete assholes who sold the game incomplete, -snip hurr- (And they intend to sell the "Good" endings) Or they completely fucked up the endings and they won't admit it. [editline]14th March 2012[/editline]
I am very interested in seeing how Bioware is going to fix this mistake.
If they don't promise/release a "ending fix" DLC (Or the Truth DLC), they're going to lose a lot more, and they've already lost a lot of fans. [editline]14th March 2012[/editline] If only... If only ...
[sp]I really want one.[/sp]
[sp]It's not gay if it's Garrus.[/sp]
So either they are complete assholes who sold the game incomplete, which is illegal because we've paid for a full product. Considering he's clearly on the inside I think the dlc rumor is probably right.

[editline]14th March 2012[/editline] If they don't promise/release a "ending fix" DLC (Or the Truth DLC), they're going to lose a lot more, and they've already lost a lot of fans.
They technically didn't sell the game incomplete, since the endings they gave more or less were "proper endings." They haven't really done anything illegal. Bioware's a dick now, even if they release The Truth as free DLC it's probably going to be the last thing I download from them. Want to hear the disturbing part about this? The options are either that Bioware has become a complete monster, or is so under EA's yoke that they're forced to release an "incomplete" game to meet a deadline. That's how much power EA has over Bioware now, and it was shown with Dragon Age 2 (in fact Inon Zur, their composer, said the game was incomplete because EA was forcing them to release it sooner then expected.) In other words, best case scenario is that Bioware's trying it's damn hardest to make high quality games, it's just that EA simply cannot comprehend a game taking longer then a year and a half to produce, so they're basically doing Pavlovian therapy on them, rewarding good behavior (mass producing games that'll be a shadow of their company's former self, but financially successful) and punishing bad (Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3 by forcing them to release an incomplete game and face the ridicule of fans.)

It's just something to make us hype about reworking the endings that we hated.
But how do we know the Multiplayer DLC is real though? Has it been confirmed anywhere?
Well the screenshot looks pretty legit. But I guess people can fake anything these days.

I just never thought I'd see a company sell a DLC to end a game properly. What kind of business example is this? I mean, I could live with Fallout 3's ending, it gave closure and made some sense in a way, but Broken Steel not only added to the ending but give a lot of content too. This DLC would probably just show a different cutscene that probably has more variations, y'know?
It's just something to make us hype about reworking the endings that we hated.
I think the thing is we're used to Bioware being, you know, good about their endings. Dragon Age: Origins had a very satisfying ending, as did Mass Effect and their earlier Baldur's Gate games. The fact they were willing to release two games in a row with crappy endings (Dragon Age 2's ending was atrocious, as was Mass Effect 3's) is sort of getting everyone disillusioned with them, willing to listen to any words of comfort that point to it being, "all an elaborate metagaming trick." I'll be honest, I would, and that's exactly the problem here.
[sp] I gotta say I felt rather bad when Liara was reacting to how Thessia got overran with the reapers. Some of the scenes in this game can give off strong emotions, Like Mordin Dying, Genophage getting cured, list goes on.[/sp]
You're willing to pay for a better ending to the Mass Effect series though, right? I'll be honest, I would, and that's exactly the problem here.
At this point its probably what Bioware wants to happen.
Been playing some Dragon Age 2 today as I saw it for mega cheap and hear it was not so great. However, it shares something in common with Mass effect....THE HAND TEXTURES OH GOD WHY?! Everyone's looks like they have hands belonging to an old anorexic lady that just got done fisting a shitty assed demon.

I'm depressed about the endings, yes, but I'm not going to throw money at bioware so they do something about it, that's just counter intuitive. I shouldn't have to pay company for it to respect their own franchise.

They've been gunning for Activision ever since they began to make a little more money and they've been trying to short sell the consumer at every step.
If you didn't already, bring Javik with you on that mission.
That just sounds painful.

Shepard and Garrus are better at controlling their emotions because of that, I think.
Well the screenshot looks pretty legit. But I guess people can fake anything these days.
The "Asari Justicar" is bullshit, because the Asari Adapts and Vanguards are justicars already, if you look under their skill tree. Also, Geth do not infiltrate.

They've probably killed/seen thousands of people die so they're obviously used to seeing large scale slaughter of some species. But Liara was basically a researcher who hasn't seen the kinda of action Garrus and Shepard have seen excluding her time spent with Shep.[/sp] Besides it's better to see at least one person utterly devastated over their home planet being fucked up the ass by Reaper cocks.
The "Asari Justicar" is bullshit, because the Asari Adapts and Vanguards are justicars already, if you look under their skill tree. Maybe its just me but this seems like quite the whore out http://www.razerzone.com/me3
Nah. It's to be expected, really.
Maybe its just me but this seems like quite the whore out http://www.razerzone.com/me3
Good lord, how many ME3 code promotions are there? I'm kind of half-expecting to find out that there really are conclusive endings already out, and everyone just missed them because they're unlocked via codes on the bottom of Mcdonalds Happy Meal boxes or something.

Eugh.
There isn't that many really There's preorder bonuses which pretty much EVERY game has Razor, although overpriced, does make some pretty okay peripherals
:v: Whatever the fuck Bioware is doing with these endings is just amazing. In the wrong ways
But it takes one kids to die of an explosion to scramble Shepard up? Eugh.
The kid's a civilian. I'd imagine that's hard to watch for any soldier.
