Celebrated doing reaper silver with glorious new avatar.
I like it.
Bioware released new DLC
Why did I not bail when I saw the silver Reaper mission was being hosted by a level 4 vanguard? WHY!?
So, I went to replay the last mission and see the control ending for myself. And.... When my crew stepped out of the Normandy Javik was with them, yet I don't have the dlc. Great job Bioware!
I got a spare mass effect 3 preorder dlc from gamestop. Xbox 360. Free. Any takers?
Ok, just finished the game. WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!
Read through the past 12.000 posts and you'll get an idea.
Beat ME3 again, chose Synthesis this time. [sp]Anderson died though and I couldn't make TIM shoot himself. Oh well.[/sp]

COME TO ME LITTLE BOY
Heh, anyone else catch that James' dad was called 'Sanders'? Nice little touch.
The stream made me post a thread in BSN asking wether the "tentacles" Asari have are erogenous or not :v:
Winning a silver game gives TONS of gold. [editline]17th March 2012[/editline] Also why are phantoms and nemeses total engineer haters? In any multiplayer game they ALWAYS goes for me, jumping through all my teamates just to get to me and fuck me up.

So I beat the game. I'm not to sure what the hubub was all about, made sense to me. Yes there were a few snags but none more so than most other bioware games or indeed any other game out there. I guess cos i lowered my expectations I was more pleasantly surprised.
Is anybody else annoyed by how the Galactic Readiness system works? I feel like it should be a bonus to your EMS as opposed to a deduction if it's under 100%.

Thats how they feel about you.

honestly, I don't really hate phantoms but Banshees and the other really easily to get OHK'd by enemy is just total bullshit unless on gold then it's kinda fair but really even on Bronze that's fucking shitty
Casey Hudson responds!
There's been a lot of discussion and debate about the conclusion of Mass Effect 3, so I thought I'd share my perspective with you here. I'll avoid outright spoilers, but I'd still recommend finishing the game and experiencing it for yourself before reading this. For the last eight years, Mass Effect has been a labor of love for our team; love for the characters we've created, for the medium of video games, and for the fans that have supported us. For us and for you, Mass Effect 3 had to live up to a lot of expectations, not only for a great gaming experience, but for a resolution to the countless storylines and decisions you've made as a player since the journey began in 2007. So we designed Mass Effect 3 to be a series of endings to key plots and storylines, each culminating in scenes that show you the consequences of your actions. You then carry the knowledge of these consequences with you as you complete the final moments of your journey. We always intended that the scale of the conflict and the underlying theme of sacrifice would lead to a bittersweet ending-to do otherwise would betray the agonizing decisions Shepard had to make along the way. Still, we wanted to give players the chance to experience an inspiring and uplifting ending; in a story where you face a hopeless struggle for basic survival, we see the final moments and imagery as offering victory and hope in the context of sacrifice and reflection. We've had some incredibly positive reactions to Mass Effect 3, from the New York Times declaring it "a gripping, coherent triumph", to Penny Arcade calling it "an amazing accomplishment", to emails and tweets from players who have given us the most profound words of appreciation we've ever received. But we also recognize that some of our most passionate fans needed more closure, more answers, and more time to say goodbye to their stories-and these comments are equally valid. Player feedback such as this has always been an essential ingredient in the development of the series. I am extremely proud of what this team has accomplished, from the first art concepts for the Mass Effect universe to the final moments of Mass Effect 3. But we didn't do it on our own. Over the course of the series, Mass Effect has been a shared experience between the development team and our fans-not just a shared experience in playing the games, but in designing and developing them. An outpouring of love for Garrus and Tali led to their inclusion as love interests in Mass Effect 2. A request for deeper RPG systems led to key design changes in Mass Effect 3. Your feedback has always mattered. Mass Effect is a collaboration between developers and players, and we continue to listen. So where do we go from here? Throughout the next year, we will support Mass Effect 3 by working on new content. And we'll keep listening, because your insights and constructive feedback will help determine what that content should be. This is not the last you'll hear of Commander Shepard. We look forward to your continued support and involvement as we work together to shape the remaining experiences in the story of the Mass Effect trilogy. Thanks for taking this journey with us. Many times.
That was posted a few pages back. I still say he's dodging the question. People want to know why he made the ending like that, and if he'll ever get it changed, not what the theme of the ending was or if more content will be made for the game and how this whole game was amazing and what not. Yes, ME3 could easily be a good game, but that's not the answer to the question.
Isn't arc pistol supposed to.. arc? I found it in multi and it only hits one person.

Current speculation is that Bioware will have a more concrete response after that.
Isn't arc pistol supposed to.. arc? I found it in multi and it only hits one person.
Isn't the Widow Sniper supposed to wi- wait...
No, it's just the name of it.
Alright, I just thought it did that in singleplayer for some reason. Anyway I sometimes only seem to get 22 points from a cannibal kill if I killed it with the arc pistol, somebody said they had a similar problem with the geth shotgun. [editline]17th March 2012[/editline] I thought it arced since they say it's a scaled down version of the arc projector.
