Saw that, it's pretty good and all, not exactly what a quarian should look like (both scientifically and how i feel) but would have been obviously millions of times better than what we got.

Quarians were always shown to look human, their skeletons, faces, the books saying the looked human.
I honestly don't care if they look human, what makes Quarians cool is Quarians. They wouldn't be any different if they looked human nor alien. Just like the Asari, you could make them literally look human, and I'd still think they're cool, because its the alien culture and race, not the looks that make it awesome.
