Get the fuck over it. No seriously. Grow the fuck up and get over it. Your choices don't fucking matter?
Spoilers on pretty much everything
[sp]I'm sorry, the peace I made between the Quarians and Geth must mean absolute shit because of the ending right? WRONG. There are still Quarians on Rannoch, and there are Geth there too! They're not dead! They can rebuild without Reaper freaking influence. Then theres the Krogan, why are you guys acting like Krogan are all going to die out now? Curing the genophage means that these guys can finally rebuild on Tuchanka, sure a couple of them are going to die out on Earth but there are still a shitton of those fuckers on Tuchanka who aren't dead and have a lot of baby making to get to. There are Turians still alive on Palaven who can now rebuild their lives. Sure they may have lost loved ones to the fleet stuck on Earth but guess what! They're alive and their loved ones sacrificed their life to save their species. Your choices are not fucking invalidated.[/sp]
Who is going to supply them eh?
[sp]Tuchanka is pretty much a barren rock were nothing (exept at korlus temple pehaps) grows and depends on supplies, and the Quarians on Rannoch have no food supply yet (unless there are still some lifeships, still not enough to feed them all tough) wich only the geth survive, Thessia is gone and most of the asari are with the invasion on Earth is were the humans are too, without supplies and Earth sowhat wasted in ashes.
So only the salarians have the highest chance to survive.
Oh and most colonies on the galaxy can't sustain themself yet and depend on supplies.[/sp]
:pwn:
On the bright side all you have to do to speak their language is scream.
Though I do agree that everything after [sp] the part with the Illusive Man and Anderson, which was pretty good imo, [/sp] was utter and complete shit, I think getting a refund is ridiculous since I did love those other 30 hours I put into the singleplayer, and the tens of hours multiplayer.
Another thing I don't like is when ME3 flops financially, ME4 probably won't get to production.
And for what I know Bioware hinted that there will be a ME4.
Really cannot have Mass Effect without the Relays and Citadel
Bullshit. Play ME3 without a imported save then play with an imported save then tell me that your choices didn't matter throughout the game.
You're right, those few hundred war asset points, and emails drastically changed my ending and entire game experience.
Bullshit. Play ME3 without a imported save then play with an imported save then tell me that your choices didn't matter throughout the game.
The ending could use more closure but to say it invalidates all your choices is complete bullshit.
The journey definitely changes depending on how you played; nobody is arguing that. But the ending is equally important, and Bioware dropped the ball on it. The [sp]destruction of the Mass Relays and Citadel fucks the entire galaxy over for the foreseeable future, seeing as that's what everyone depended on. People are stranded, some permanently cut off from outside help. Outlying colonies will likely starve to death due to lack of foreign aid, dextro-DNA species stranded at Sol will starve to death...it's a horrific future. And this happens in every ending.[/sp]
The ending is missing a LOT of information, and the final choice is given regardless of what choices you made.
The simple fact that every other part of the game almost made up for an ending that, essentially, killed 'Mass effect' [sp] geth, relays, citadel.[/sp] is a testament to how good it could have been.
It's easy as fuck to see why people would be pissed about that.
I read some tvtropes artices on fan-dumb and hate-dumb.
I then decided that is should keep my opinions to myself more.
I shall hold out hope of some good DLC and perhaps even free DLC.
I WOULD get a refund but having too much fun with MP atm.

[sp]Actually only the destroy and synthesis show the relays blowing up specifically, in control you see an explosion but you do not see pieces of the mass relay flying off like destroy and synthesis.[/sp]

They are destroyed, even the [sp]starchild says so.[/sp]

You sure? Unfortunately, I have to become the Illusive Man and sacrifice every aspect of my character to choose that option. Talk about a lose-lose situation.
For those who have found Zaeed: [sp]Did you see him on the Citadel before or after curing the Genophage? Since IIRC after the Genophage comes the coup.[/sp]
[sp]In which endings is it possible for Shepard to live?[/sp]
[sp]In which endings is it possible for Shepard to live?[/sp]
[sp]Destroy, but you have to have 4000-5000 EWS[/sp]
You sure? Unfortunately, I have to become the Illusive Man and sacrifice every aspect of my character to choose that option. Talk about a lose-lose situation.
I have a bik player on my PC, I just watched it 3 times over. Theres an explosion but unlike red and green you do not see pieces flying away.
Does anyone else find the Codex voice irritating? I wish it could be turned off. I want to read in peace but when the slow as fuck voice is reading shit aloud it messes me up.

Hell no, I love that voice. I just close my eyes and listen.
[sp]Destroy, but you have to have 4000-5000 EWS[/sp]
[sp] That was another reason I picked destroy. I thought that Shepard would be needed to sort out the mess on Earth afterwards, so I wanted him to live to negotiate another day.[/sp]
[sp]In which endings is it possible for Shepard to live?[/sp]
[sp]Destroy. You need 4000 EMS for Shepard to survive if you stopped TIM from killing Anderson. 5000 if you didn't.[/sp]
[sp]Actually only the destroy and synthesis show the relays blowing up specifically, in control you see an explosion but you do not see pieces of the mass relay flying off like destroy and synthesis.[/sp]
[sp]The relays look pretty broke to me.[/sp]
*SPOILER*

I read much faster than he speaks, and I absorb information much better by reading since I'm not a native english speaker. The voice is great yes, but I wish it could be turned off.
Well I'm sure we'll get a million DLC's either way so we'll just have to see how things play out.
The Codex voice reminds me of this:

Except there wasn't an overpowered article in the Codex like the OP V-Wing was in the hangar.
[sp] That was another reason I picked destroy. I thought that Shepard would be needed to sort out the mess on Earth afterwards, so I wanted him to live to negotiate another day.[/sp]
[sp]You know, if there's one avenue I want to see explored, it would be what Shepard does after. Imagine a post-apocalyptic style Mass Effect game set on Earth after the invasion, in the desolate ruins and blasted remains of the cities of Earth.
Like Fallout 3, only everything looks like an iPod.[/sp]

He also voices Moneybags in Spyro the Dragon. So...mind blown, there.

I will never read another Codex in the same way, ever again.
[sp] That was another reason I picked destroy. I thought that Shepard would be needed to sort out the mess on Earth afterwards, so I wanted him to live to negotiate another day.[/sp]
So you just commit [sp]mass genocide?[/sp]
I will never read another Codex in the same way, ever again.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Shepard, my little galactic hero! The Reapers are paying me a fortune to guard this codex entry, but I suppose a few gems might me to...I don't know, turn my back for a few moments.
Enjoy that.

Yup, ruined it forever. Cheers.
So you just commit [sp]mass genocide?[/sp]
I didn't want to [sp]kill the Geth off, especially not after allying them and the Quarians. But I didn't trust the Reapers and wanted them gone. It felt like I was completing the mission I'd been given all the way back in ME1 when I blew it all up. [/sp]
So Reapers beams can one shot dreadnoughts and tear up planet surfaces.
[sp]But Shepards okay after taking a beam to the face.[/sp]

[sp]Didn't take it to the face[/sp], as far as we know.
