My personal opinion is that the Vindicator X is better.
I agree, the Vindicator does slightly less damager per shot, but fires a 3 round burst with more shots per thermal clip.
No you didn't, [sp]rewriting the Heretics increased the War Asset Value of all of the Quarian and Geth ships. If you were able to obtain peace.[/sp]
[sp]It increases Geth war assets but decreases Quarian war assets. If you destroy the heretics its the opposite.[/sp]
[sp]It increases Geth war assets but decreases Quarian war assets. If you destroy the heretics its the opposite.[/sp]
Well then I stand corrected. However it doesn't matter as the amount of War Assets removed from each side is the same either way [sp]if you make peace.[/sp] Actually, rewriting is the better decision, although not by much. You get +5 total if you rewrote them when [sp]making peace[/sp]
So, spending money on a Bioware jacket in a matter of DAYS (money's comin') Rate for which you think I should get (Optimistic) (funny) (informative) I'm curious to see what you guys thinks looks best.

I'd personally go with this one. Also I just started playing Mass Effect 1 and 2 because I thought it would be a good time as ever since it seems Bioware is busy rewriting stuff for the different endings in Mass Effect 3. Should I play as Male Shepard or Female Shepard?

Hale is a good VA, just not as Shepard.
The little bit I've played as Femshep in ME3 has made me believe Meer is a superior VA. Hale is a good VA, just not as Shepard.
That's your opinon sir. I respect it. I do not want to start another war. :v:
Hale is only good at emotional scenes.
I like to go Femshep for paragon, and Maleshep for renegade.
Big emotional death of character. Shepard blandly stares and talks different.

I didn't include ME3 romances because I don't know about the romances in ME3.

There's nothing sexual about Female Commander Shepards unless you impose that on her.
personally I prefer male shepard because then the game neatly conforms to my masculine 50s era concept of space heroism [sp]seriously though, femshep sounds like she's always talking in a fake gruff voice. it bugs the hell out of me.[/sp]
I like Mark Meer better because he sounds much more assertive, which suits Commander Shepard's character.
Now that I'm really over ME3's ending, I've decided to do a full playthrough of the series. Manshep, adept, paragade, on insanity. I just finished Therum and started Noveria. Oh Mako, how I missed you. I also think I'm one of the few people that actually rather likes the combat in ME. Not sure why, it just feels different than most games.
which is funny because mass effect has never pulled off a good looking facial expression except for when edi makes a joke
I think Shepard has a few good expressions but they are pretty hard to find. Probably a side effect of having to design a single set of animations that works for any possible face. Some of the squadmates have GREAT expressions though.
I didn't say Femshep looks sexualized, I'm saying her armor seems more form-fitting than male armor, I don't see why you'd actually SHAPE the armor to have breasts as opposed to some other way of making it fit the shape of whoever is wearing it.
It's because she has a smaller physique then the Male Shepard, so obviously it seems smaller
Yeah it doesn't curve in with her body or nothing right guize.
Yeah it doesn't curve in with her body or nothing right guize.
On the flip side, MaleShep's armor is very bulky and accentuates masculine features, so it's really no different so far as that goes.
I don't get why you people all dislike Female Shepards. don't be sexist :c
I hate you more than I hate her.
I don't get why you people all dislike Female Shepards. don't be sexist :c
...we're not. Nobody is. I prefer Meer's voice acting and I like playing as MaleShep. I'll occasionally play FemShep, but it just doesn't appeal to me as much. This really isn't a big deal.
I've always thought Meer was best at Renegade and Hale at Paragon. Paragon male sounds ehh, renegade female sounds ehh. Seems like both actors are forcing it.
I don't get why you people all dislike Female Shepards. don't be sexist :c
I don't dislike her, I play as Femshep a lot actually. Mostly because I don't think there are enough female heroines who don't rub their action-ness in your face in media. I also like the red hair.
...we're not. Nobody is. I prefer Meer's voice acting and I like playing as MaleShep. I'll occasionally play FemShep, but it just doesn't appeal to me as much. I don't really mind, It's just, everyone I know outside of this thread usually plays Femsheps, so I'm used to her far more than I am the male one. [editline]27th March 2012[/editline]
I hate you more than I hate her.
Well, I'm sorry. I'll never mention Shepards gender again.
I've always thought Meer was best at Renegade and Hale at Paragon. Paragon male sounds ehh, renegade female sounds ehh. Seems like both actors are forcing it.
Agreed, though I think that's more due to the voice direction than anything else. Maybe I'm in the minority on this, but I think Meer ROCKED almost all his lines in Mass Effect 3, regardless of it being Paragon/Renegade/Neutral.
I didn't say Femshep looks sexualized, I'm saying her armor seems more form-fitting than male armor, I don't see why you'd actually SHAPE the armor to have breasts as opposed to some other way of making it fit the shape of whoever is wearing it.
Yeah metal boob cups on armor are one of the dumbest things invented by sci fi and fantasy. Although some of the chestplates (like the second from right) are okay about it.
Well, I'm sorry. I'll never mention Shepards gender again.
Gender talk is fine. But you're like FemSheps Adoring Fan. And I hated the Adoring Fan.
