Gender talk is fine. But you're like FemSheps Adoring Fan. And I hated the Adoring Fan.
In all honesty I think the real reason I like her is cause she's one more female video game hero that isn't at all sexual or anything, she's just like the dude, but, female.
i like how you can faintly hear the vigil theme being played in the main menu
Thank you for pointing that out!
I don't get why you people all dislike Female Shepards. don't be sexist :c
It's more like backlash against all the "Hale master race" on the internet.

Now. She might have a couple sexy outfits, but Cate Archer is one of the best female heroes in gaming. Also Jade from Beyond Good & Evil.
When are we gonna get a new NOLF :(

To be all that honest after Mass Effect I realize there's no other video game series I really care too much about, with the exception of Assassins Creed, but they shit those games out like clockwork so I have nothing to worry about.
When are we gonna get a new NOLF :(
Probably never. :(

It's made by Bioware and has excellent writing.
Yeah metal boob cups on armor are one of the dumbest things invented by sci fi and fantasy. Although some of the chestplates (like the second from right) are okay about it.
It was made specifically to please people like Ryu Gi
ecksbocks completely silent people or pairs of autistic brogamers no exception
I love dying and then falling out of the map, rendering me useless the rest of the game. :suicide:
Yeah metal boob cups on armor are one of the dumbest things invented by sci fi and fantasy. Although some of the chestplates (like the second from right) are okay about it.
I'm kinda skeptical on it. For just armour performance, as long as the thickness, material integrity and manufacturing cost are fine then it could work similar to sloping tank armour. it's probably only practical when they're a C-cup and above though, plus it'd have to be perfectly shaped around the individual rather than a one size fits all aproach.
I felt fairly useless as an adept due to shields and armor everywhere but I seemed to do alright in the end. But hey, I unlocked two new classes. [t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/795329/screenshots/mass%20effect/MassEffect3%202012-03-27%2000-46-39-47.jpg[/t] also the scoreboard if anyone cares [t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/795329/screenshots/mass%20effect/MassEffect3%202012-03-27%2000-45-38-77.jpg[/t]
I find the Asari Adept to actually be the best in Gold, atleast when I played mine, I'd use stasis bubble on everything that had no armor, Warp on everything that had armor and just spammed Throw for infinite biotic explosions, not once have I NOT been leading the scoreboard in a gold game like this.
Yeah metal boob cups on armor are one of the dumbest things invented by sci fi and fantasy. Although some of the chestplates (like the second from right) are okay about it.
Metal armor in general is kind of a dumb thing in sci-fi. I mean, it's the future, right? We've already discovered, today, that armor is more effective for it's weight if it's flexible. Solid plates are rarely used, and when they are, it's in the form of a relatively small plate insert, as a supplement to fiber-based vests. Physical, hard armor would be even less necessary given the fact that every soldier in ME relies mainly on kinetic barriers for protection. But for some reason, armor design in ME2/3 starts to look more like medieval platemail than modern ballistic armor. What? this is like the third or fourth time I've ranted about sci-fi armor in this thread maybe it's time to get a life
ecksbocks completely silent people or pairs of autistic brogamers no exception
Why do so many Brogamers love Mass Effect 3? It's astonishing the amount of "420 XxX w33d" and "sw4g 4 lyfe" gamers I've found in the servers. I had this conception that the type of people who play Mass Effect were all high class.
Combat hard-suits use a dual-layer system to protect the wearer. The inner layer consists of fabric armor with kinetic padding. Areas that don't need to be flexible, such as the chest or shins, are reinforced with sheets of lightweight ablative ceramic.
all last game i played it was just like AWW YEAH RAPTOOOR IS AWSUM IT GOT 15 BOOLET IN THE KLIP then RAPTUR SUkS DIK FUC!!!! then REEPUHS ARE LIEK LEFT 4 DED
the armor looks like some kind of super lightweight fiber

We use Kevlar fibres spun into vests as penetration protection and steel plates for impact dispersal. They are both essential parts for any good armour. Say in ME we have some kind of ceramic or composite armour rather than metal armour, or maybe a mix of all of them. Either way it's a futuristic material that is simple enough to turn into larger plates. Due to the need for full-body protection from environmental hazards in spess, it is turned into full-body armour covering everything, providing full-armour and probably a bit of power armour while they're at it. They need to segment the plates somewhat to give mobility and old full-plate designs were actually pretty good. The reason they emphasise certain aspects, the assymetrical shoulder armour as my favourite example, is that when you are going into combat you may need extra protection. While you could easily increase overall protection, that would be a terrible solution as I'm sure you get shot in the back of the shin less than your torso. As such, they increase the size of certain plates to give extra protection at those points. The assymetrical shoulder plate is because with your gun out, you have one shoulder facing the enemy and it will take a lot more of a beating, thus more protection. It is somewhat logical.
falcon 3 why game why
Javic is full of shit. Organics do not know their purpose, but synthetics who lose their purpose, such as the geth going from slaves to free beings, also struggle with purpose. Synthetics are also far from perfect and their advantages are trivial. They are no more immortal only as a species, just as we are. And they do not see time differently, only a clearer view of the past at the expense of less understanding of the future.

The game fails to give Shepard any rebuttals to his points, however, which implies they know that it's very easily countered.
pajama armor looked pretty ridiculous in me1 anyway, especially phoenix
Yeah, the ending kinda sucked, but everything else in the game is tip top as far as I'm concerned.
A bit sketchy voice acting here and there, some stiff faces and all of that. A cheap plotline with the kid and some cheesy writing some places, and that ending. Plus an unnecessary Galaxy at War multiplayer tie-in that'll make the game harder to beat once nobody plays multiplayer any more. The rest was amazing. 9/10. I can forgive all the minor shit since the experience is so damn long and filled to the brim with content.

I prefer my sci-fi when it doesn't try too hard to be cool. I thought ME1's more jumpsuit-like design was a bolder, more humble direction than most video games go for.
I had this conception that the type of people who play Mass Effect were all high class.
Elitist.

You know, in that still, it kinda looks like she has an Afro.
