To be honest, I can attest to this. I tried doing an ME3+ playthrough again and, to my surprise, I got really, really bored after the first hour and a half of gaming. It wasn't because the combat itself was boring, it was because there wasn't enough of it. Looking back at it, I'm kind of worried how the combat in ME3 is more fun (at least, to me) then the conversations and exploration.
