As far as fans go, Jacob is in the base game and he's been in other material as well, whereas Zaeed was DLC. He also makes a super minor appearance in Mass Effect 3, whereas Jacob has an entire sidequest featuring him as a main character. Zaeed is definitely better, but he's a lot more of a minor character than Jacob is.
That's what I said; he's been around longer.
That's what I said; he's been around longer.
But it's not that he's been around longer, he's overall a bigger character. Even if he just would have been in Mass Effect 2 and 3 like Zaeed was he'd still be a bigger character.
Say, have the rewards for Operation Raptor been distributed yet? 'cause I found nothing yesterday.
Geth Plasma Shotgun is pretty OP

This goes mostly for ME2, considering, as you already said, Jacob had a bigger role in ME3 while they were both non-squadmates.
Geth Plasma Shotgun is pretty OP
I'd say enjoy it while you can, it feels like it's next in line to be nerfed.
Say, have the rewards for Operation Raptor been distributed yet? 'cause I found nothing yesterday.
Wednesday, probably around 5-ish Pacific Time, as per usual. Not sure why it's taking them longer than last time to distribute rewards, though.
Speaking of Wheel of Time, apparently Obsidian is developing a Wheel of Time video game.
Wheel of time is the only story/world other than Mass effect that I've invested considerable time into. After reading 4 million words over 13 books I'll be super mad if Obsidian fudge it up.
Okey dokes, sounds ok; glad to know that I didn't send DefenderBro and I.Will Destroyu to the trenches for nothing. Also, I really hope we get Krogan Vanguard one day; that motherfucker is a theoretical NUKE just waiting to Chernobylize the Reapers.
Player <Biotic Charge> Assault Trooper Player <Nova> Centurion Player <Nova> Centurion Player <Nova> Centurion Player <Nova> Centurion Player <Nova> Centurion Why I hate playing with vanguards

Seriously I swear that playing human vanguard consists solely of pressing the 1 and 3 buttons (On a 1:10 ratio)
When I play Asariguard I virtually never charge. Buddle stasis everything and line up the headshots. Charge is best for getting to other players who are getting swamped and escaping tricky situations.
Speaking of which guess what I just got from a spectre pack
I'm up to Geth Shotgun V, what rank are you up to? [editline]3rd April 2012[/editline]
When I play Asariguard I virtually never charge. Buddle stasis everything and line up the headshots. Since it's swoop attack animation is extremely obvious you can activate Charge at the last second to avoid any damage while reaping all of the benefits.

Stasis, headshot Stasis, headshot Stasis, Melee Repeat
I have no idea why people hate the Quarians so fucking much because a few admirals are total dicks or because one of dem hips has a crazy ass fanbase. I think most of them are pretty damn nice beings. :( Guess I should be glad I presonally like all the races equally... Though that makes me feel even worse about the ending. Also: Apparently BW never contacted Adam Baldwin to voice Kal'Reegar for ME3, he would have loved to return to play the character. I'm kinda pissed off they just off'd him with a damn ingame email.
Jona'Hazt nar Qwib-Qwib deserves better. I know.
In all honesty, I see why the same old tactic for Human Vanguards is the most commonly used, like the Krogan race is made for soaking damage and dishing out headbutts left and right Human Vanguards are built to abuse Charge/Nova. The difference in survival is knowing when to pick your targets, which is why those ones attempting Gold matches (sometimes Silver too) get way too over their heads and think they are invincible (which they aren't, one rocket/shotgun blast etc is enough to stun them long enough for the enemy to kill them).
Cant find gif picture with Javik (sun glasses), saying: Deal with it Help? :>
100% cooler
I refuse to believe they killed [sp]MOTHER FUCKING KAL REEGAR[/sp] in a fucking email. Outright refuse to believe it. [sp]Fuck that, he's on Rannoch celebrating the peace between quarians and geth by arm-wrestling a geth prime.[/sp]
In an expanded ME universe I'd like to see a geth character who's AI evolved to the point that he acts somewhat like HK-47.
What happens if Kirrahe dies in ME1, and Thane dies in ME2? Does the Salarian Councillor get killed?
Yes. Then Kai Leng edits the video footage to make it look like you killed the councilor.
good god why!?! Not safe for organics
That looks like it could be a tattoo.

I think they needed a few more months development time and money. Maybe then we wouldn't have had so many email tie ins and such.
