Because the quote from the game, if I'm not mistaken was synthetics rebelling against organics as a frame of reference. Not just 'created rebelling against creators'.
The reapers indoctrinated people and created soldiers that you could still call organic to some extent that were incapable of rebelling against them while under their control.
I realize that part of the argument is pretty weak because of the whole queen episode, but that was under unique circumstances.
He said "The created will always rebel against the creator".
What does it matter if they're organic, or half organic, or all synthetic? Hell, those robots that Javik was talking about? They were half organic, remember? And they still "rebelled against their creator".

Since when was that the definitive identification of Harbinger? I always thought that there would have been more than one reaper with glowing yellow eyes. That the only differentiation in voice and glowy light color and voice was in the size and capabilities of the reaper.

harbinger is the only one with the eyes
also, i like to think that the rannoch reaper was sovereigns retarded son
because he has that same deep imposing voice but he's so retarded that he isn't imposing in any way

not to mention when hackett flat out tells you it's harbinger

Look at the positioning of the eyes? It's definitely Harbinger.
But it's pretty stupid Bioware apparently retconned the whole "every Reaper looks different" thing. Even if the walkers and destroyers were all the same model, at least the sovereign-class ships should all be unique as seen in the ME2 ending.

Just because we haven't been shown a reaper with those yellow eyes, doesn't mean another one doesn't exist. I mean if they were initially created by someone or something, you would think they were created for specific purposes based on their sizes and what not. So there could be other harbinger class reapers flying around elsewhere.
Also, you could have just said "Hacket tells you that from the beginning of the run" in the first place instead of making some wild assumption that Harbinger is Unique. It's like saying the Geth Prime that speaks to you on Rannoch is the SAME Geth prime that commands the ship in the final battle.
Also no one cares what you like to think, I again commend you for your ideas about RPG storey telling and ect, but you seem to have taken the generally good reception of it as a license to be pretentious, edgy and overcritical about every little aspect of the game. Aspects of the game, that in reality weren't nearly as bad as you're describing them.

Conflict is unrelated to created or creator, conflict will always occur between two powers given enough time. Some factors do decrease the time it takes for conflict to occur, but for the most part it does not matter, war would happen one way or another, unless one of you is unfortunate enough to die off before it happens.

See I don't really understand why they would look different. They are all built along the same general shape and guidelines, so what would be the basis of adding some little eye-lights that look purely aesthetic? I can understand them having different voices, them being sentient and all but I can't see them attaching things like stickers and more lights to their hull.

Also, I'm pretty sure that's wrong. That was about people augmenting themselves to such an extent that they believed a hive mind was superior to normal existence. They were not robots.

They underwent a conversion from organic to synthetic. When nothing but the base code of intelligence even resembles organics, they are now synthetic. They also rebelled against other organics in the galaxy, true for against their masters due to the Prothean imperialist attitude but also more in line with his ideas about organics and synthetics never being able to gain peace rather than any creator-created nonsense.Organics and Synthetics don't mix, even this cycle hated them with restrictions on extensive cybernetics and AI projects, even benign ones.

Pity we didn't see an elcor soldier, though an elcor Vanguard would be hilarious. (Badassfully: I WILL DESTROY YOU.)

I think that the current cycle was biased based on what the quarians said, and what actually happened. Of Course a living thing would respond to violence with more violence, especially with how completely ass backwards the Quarians handled things.
Did humanity actually have sanctions against 'unshackled' ai before they met up with the council races, or did they just follow the council's rules. They had an AI on the moon that became self aware and violent, but it was understandable considering it thought it was constantly under attack.

OH LOL, I just got that reference from ME1! In part, it was because I played the stupid vanilla version of ME:3 where almost everyone you meet is dead.
But the part where you meet Jack, and one of her noobey biotic students said "I WILL DESTROY YOU!" was a reference to how biotic enemies in ME1 constantly shouted that whenever they got the chance.
And strangely enough, this realization was triggered by imagining an Elcore saying that line.
N7 Valiant!
But sadly I really only play with pistols.
No one.
For Tali, some Quarian from the previous game takes over, but in some of the missions, she doesn't come with you into combat.
What happens if Miranda dies?
Seems like it her not being around would be a fairly big impact. Unless that part is completely tertiary.

Reave? I don't know that was a wild guess. Maybe cluster grenades?
That's what I wanted, ARRRRGhgGHTH!
Well if there WAS trading, I would trade my eagle for a saber-m99 :/
Alright, I have another question; Why is it that every species prefers to use the 'gun constructs itself upon unholstering it' technology? I means it's cool, but like the thermal clip idea it has some serious drawbacks.
The advantages I see are that it makes the weapon easier to carry, in that it has a more balanced center of gravity when its all folded, and it would also be easier to store. The problem is that there is a fairly noticeable delay before you can actually use it. I'm thinking of scenarios where you're being overrun and either your primary gun runs our of ammo, or is knocked away; you have to wait for the damn thing to unfold itself before you can shoot, giving the opportunity for an attacker to dodge, or try to whack the thing out of your hand.
Noticed this while playing, where switching between weapons is actually fairly slow and time consuming given how frantic combat can get. I understand that its probably a balancing thing gameplay thing, but story wise is it ever explained?

They don't have reave and cluster 'nades barely take down half of their shield/armor.

Why would Bioware show only one Reaper with very distinctive glowing yellow eyes, only give them to some random reaper? That would be inconsistent of the rest of the game, and just plain bad storyte... oh.

I don't know, maybe the glowing eyes signify a command unit or something, and there are other Harbinger class reapers attacking the planets of the other major races.
Actually, which one is bigger Sovereign or Harbinger? I thought Harbinger was a shrimper reaper than Sovereign

Except when they do their little cartwheel move. Then it looks like they are wearing a dress.
