The website Consumerist recently held a tournament-style campaign where fans could vote for what they think is the worst company in America. Publisher Electronic Arts won.
EA beat out Bank of America for the honor in the final round of voting. "After more than 250,000 votes, Consumerist readers ultimately decided that the type of greed exhibited by EA, which is supposed to be making the world a more fun place, is worse than Bank of America's avarice, which some would argue is the entire point of operating a bank," the website said.
Consumerist began its "Worst Company in America" reader poll in 2007. Past winners include: RIAA, Countrywide Financial, AIG, Comcast, and BP.
“We’re sure that bank presidents, oil, tobacco and weapons companies are all relieved they weren’t on the list this year," EA said in a statement sent to Game Informer. "We’re going to continue making award-winning games and services played by more than 300 million people worldwide.”[/QUOTE]

I don't see how that's good. At all. It fucking sucks that there are barely any good gaming journalists.
I don't see how the ending can be changed in any way to fix the massive problems it has without completely scrapping everything after the conversation with Anderson. Or even everything after the beam. If it's true that shepard won't have any more dialogue in the new ending, then that means we won't get a fourth option, and will be stuck with the 3 terrible ones. And no matter how much you change Synthesis, it still won't make any fucking sense.
I still haven't been awarded my commendation pack for Operation Raptor.
The support last night said it would show up in game within a few hours, and now support says check back after 48-72 hours.

When i asked support they just had me wait 5 min while that added the pack to my acc. Didn't even have to restart the game, Just go out and back into the store. Maybe try the support chat again ?

When I asked support, they told me that they added it to my account, so I went to check and nothing.
So then support asked me to wait 24-48 hours and come back if I still didn't receive it.

A satisfing ending would take a loooong time to write, so no.
My guess is that they just considere the Indoc Theory true, and give us like 30 min playtime after the original ending, followed by a cutscene or something.
Well, if the 30 minutes after the original ending involve an epic final boss fight against Harbinger, then an "after-party" scene like at the end of Dragon Age: Origins, then my contempt for EA and BioWare would drop a notch or two. Unless of course it's paid DLC, in which case it'd rise a new notches, and i'd spite them by watching the new endings on YouTube.

I got both of mine this morning. Delayed distribution of other packs are probably due the monkeys in the distribution department trying to fix the coffee machine.

I don't expect them to do anything, but if they don't change the ending, or they charge for a new one I wont buy anything from them again.
