I think their lifespans are more to do with their metabolism than their general physical state. For instance, whatever equivalent they have to a liver/kidneys would burn out very quickly due to how fast they metabolize substances, regardless of how otherwise physically fit they are. I dunno how many pee-breaks Mordin has to take, though. He's probably catheterized himself, honestly.
That, and the dude's a scientist/doctor, so it's not a leap to think he's kept himself in good health.

If Humans are reported to live up to 150 in Mass Effect (heard it in ME3) then it seems likely that the Salarians have already attempted some sort of lifespan enhancer, in which case they could already be living longer than they originally were able to.

Well, the idea that mortality will even be a thing that far in the future is pretty unrealistic anyway. They've already established that you can bring people back from the dead and upload consciousness onto computers.
I let it go for the sake of storytelling, though. Not much drama when everyone's immortal.

Shepard's treatment was ridiculously costly and required the best experts in the field. People might have moral objections against being uploaded since there's the whole stream of consciousness issue to tackle.

It's not like there isn't a market for it. We already spend lots of money today on treatments that extend lifetimes; immortality is just taking it a step further. Besides, if it's expensive, just take out a loan. You'll have plenty of time to pay it off.
