i think red space magic only shuts off synthetics so i imagine that edi would go offline and joker would press the on button and it would be back (same for geth, imagine a quarian turning a geth back on (and the geth fixes the quarians suit(which is probably synthetic)) !)

Joker pilots it. EDI can fly the ship, but she doesn't have to. She's required for the cyberwarfare suites though, and the Normandy operates far better with EDI in control

No, Joker says in the second game that both are equal (as in skills) in flying the ship (which means that Joker is as good as an AI).

Actually, EDI says the Normandy performs better when she isn't in complete control of the whole ship, their performance is better when Joker is piloting and she handles the other stuff.

I'm more wondering how the fuck they're gonna explain squadmate teleportation. How the hell could the Normandy pick them up if they were lying unconscious / dead in front of Harbinger firing his rapebeams? Remember that Harbinger is just about to leave when you wake up, so there's no way they could get back on the ship during that time.

Maybe it became a different ending, we got this shit because everything was thrown away.
Also the leak was in December/January, the game went gold on February, impossible to change anything at the moment.
Anyone else here going to PAX? I would love to meet other fellow facepunchers!
