Disclaimer: Does not apply particularly well to Gold matches.
The easy credits on Gold is against Geth on Firebase White (Noveria). Make sure you have Quarian Inf. and Salarian Engies on your team, hang out in the bottom floor of the building, behind the computers there, the ones furthest from the landing zone. Spam decoy and Sabotage. Tada! 70 000 credits!

I played my first Silver match as a level 18 human soldier, along with people either at or above my level who were asari vanguards and salarian infiltrators and a turian sentinel, it was still impossibly difficult and we all died despite trying as hard as possible on wave 7. That shit is hard.
What gets me more than assholes who kick you due to level is assholes who try to kick you due to level, fail at getting you kicked, and then in game proceed to demonstrate just how shit they are at the game (despite having leveled up a total of 300 times) - whereas everyone like 100 or 200 accumulative levels below them is kicking ass.

Level 10 is a bit low, you can manage it with a decent team but I suggest you don't, since decent teams are nonexistant.

I beat a silver game as a lvl 6 Engineer. Had a great team though.
Yeah, a good team goes a very long way. However good teams are pretty rare.

The last enemy on wave 10 of a gold match was unkillable, so everyone left after 10 minutes of just messing around.

Replaying Mass Effect 1 again, the #1 thing I hate about replaying ME1 is the goddam mission to peak 15, I don't know why, but it really bugs me and is so damn boring.

i've encountered a strange bug in multiplayer which made all the banshees invisible
It was fucking horrifying, no one could hit them with rockets because they always portal tooted away and it was hard to tell in which direction

A lot of people complain it's so long but, even on Insanity, that driving part takes me maybe five minutes. Am I missing something?
