That is an image from the movie Good Burger. It says right on his name tag that he's Dexter.
Just fought reapers with a team of Krogan, including me.
There was blood EVERYWHERE.
Guys, remember those hoodies I posted? The dude who made them has sent an email to bioware so that they could introduce those in their store.

I'd probably spring for Kal'Reeger, it's the best looking one if you don't get any of the references.
Also, a generic Geth would be cool - Legion's is a bit too specific with the battle damage and all that
wait.. is resurgence out?
No, we didn't even need a god damn vanguard.

is it the fact that they're red, green and blue?
is it the fact that they're red, green and blue?
No, it's because one is colorful and happy and the other is "artistic~". :v:
And now the joke is ruined. Go me.

I guess it's the Asari equivalent of 'jizzing in my pants'
Man, just had a good team killing reapers on silver. Nobody died during the whole match and we were killing banshees under 10 seconds flat.
I wish I had groups like these more often.

I had a good one going. Then the host got insta killed by a Banshee, then we started lagging.
I can only assume he went browsing the internet or something. So the rest of us lagged and died.

i understand so this means that the new ending provides us with a happy and colorful ending that ends shepard's story on a good note, while the extended cut preserves the artistic integrity of bioware's developers
you, sir, are brilliant
i understand so this means that the new ending provides us with a happy and colorful ending that ends shepard's story on a good note
see, I just don't think I'd be happy with this
ideally they would have had endings that ranged from tragic through bittersweet to triumphant, depending on how well you did, but instead they gave you this kind of bittersweet one which didn't make a lot of sense and pulled some shit from nowhere
[editline]9th April 2012[/editline]
I'm glad that I care a lot less about this now though
If by "adding clarity and closure" means they're at least going to make the current ending make the slightest bit of sense and have an epilogue that shows what happens to the characters and the galaxy as a whole, then I will be much more satisfied.
The ending is still unfitting and shit, but at least some closure might prevent the player from feeling totally empty inside after finishing the game.

the funny thing is one of the choices (red) does [sp]almost exactly what you think the crucible is going to do for the majority of the game plus some unexpected collateral damage[/sp], and another is alluded to since ME2 [sp](controlling the reapers)[/sp], plus it's been established since ME1 that the citadel controls the relays
it's just the third one that kind of came from nowhere, and the comparisons to deus ex's helios ending are pretty apt (and that makes it more inexplicable)

you could argue that the third option was what saren wanted

he was pretty much Sovereign though, being indoctrinated and all
he was pretty much Sovereign though, being indoctrinated and all
saren wanted synthesis, the conversation he has with shep on virmire pretty much proves it
he tells shep it's the next stage in galactic evolution, which he believed before he was really indoctrinated
plus you could also say that he has most of his normal functionality because he isn't a husk, because sovereign needs him for a greater purpose, and he therefore thinks for himself

hm okay, I must have forgotten that particular exchange, it's been forever since I played ME1
and he's not completely lost his mind, true, I mean you can convince him to kill himself
