Strange. Did you have to dowload any updates before entering multiplayer or something? Also is the reinforcement pack in the store?

They need to change all the random equipment methods, i gave up on SWTOR because i bought 107 champion backs before i got a champion thing, while my friends bought 5 and got 5, I have now also given up on bioware completely with mass effect 3 my n7 rating is 500 something and have not got a black wodow yet and my mate is level 1 and he got a black widow out of his starter pack.
