Just finished the fastest gold game of my life 22 mins.
I was an Asari adept with another Asari adept, Drell adept and Justicar.
I swear there were so many Biotic explosions you could give someone an epileptic fit.

Shame about the harpoon, seemed neat. Just to get full power of it, takes forever to charge.

Playing on Gold is insane hard, but insanely profitable. However, god has forsaken me by giving me a Batarian Sentinel.
Wow, seeing an enemy melee you as a batarian and see them get knocked back and damaged and then you punch them to death is the biggest satisfaction ever.

Went gold, never went back. Great challenge and experience..
Remember the other week I kept struggling with silver :v: but using cover and melee from cover helps a whole lot.
Is it just me or are the DLC weapons varying flavours of shit?
Geth SMG does virtually no damage
Striker Assault Rifle is too slow and too inaccurate
and the Kishock is too weak, and takes far too much time to charge.
Uuh, anyone on the xbox having trouble starting the game? I gets stuck connecting to EA servers and then freezes up.

You know that the Striker is automatic right? Hold the trigger and it speeds up. Use the stability mod on it to help with the recoil.
It still suffers from ghost rounds though.
The problem with striker is the same as with all other projectile weapons, if you're not the host it takes at least half a second for it to hit wherever you shot. Also the recoil is fucking ludricrous on it, even with the dampener.
The new weapons are pretty shit in MP, but all kinds of awesome in the SP, save edit them in. I was one-shotting Centurions and Engies on the Tuchanka Mission with the Harpoon gun, and the Geth SMG destroyed.

I usually play as an Asari Adept on gold, so for me its just spamming 2-3-2-3-2-3-2-3-2-3-2-3-2-3 until everything in the map up to wave 11 exploded in my biotic explosions.

I usually go everything maxed except for fitness.
Stasis maxed for the damage before break, totally forgot about the other one, and stasis bubble.
Warp maxed into biotic explosion/damage/force
Throw maxed into biotic explsoion/damage/force
Thingymajig maxed into power damage, you can either use the -30% weight to heavy pistol to get a carnifex and still keep the 200% recharge speed since it's a most or just drop it and put 3 points into Fitness.
In Gold you're just so extremely squishy that maxed or not, you die really quick, beside, you're almost always behind cover spamming warp/stasis > throw so it doesn't matter.

Try holding down the trigger for more RoF while playing a Turian Soldier with Marksman activated. (you'll need stability mod)
It fires all the grenades (21 for me) in about 4 seconds.
