:'( Conrad was my favorite character since ME2. No stupid personal issues, no getting Shepard to solve all of his stupid fucking problems. Conrad was like the only dude in the franchise aside from (Paragon) Shepard who legitimately wanted to help other people, with no personal stake in it. Think about it. In ME1, if you Paragon him, he admits that he just wants to help out Humanity and eventually goes back to Earth to do his part. In ME2, despite the crazy obsession, his sidequest is all about him trying to help someone else. None of this "oh Shepard I'm in trouble, give me a hand" bullshit. He's like "I want to be like you and make the galaxy a better place," and finishing his little quest, Paragon or Renegade, makes him feel like a hero. In ME3, he either takes a fucking bullet for you or ends up helping refugees and/or doing research for the war effort for no other reason than that he wants to help out, no personal stake involved. And then, to top it all off in the end, if he's still alive he just shoots the shit with you like a regular guy. Conrad is a god damn hero.
he was the only one to see the removal of unlimited in-gun cooling from me1 to 2 as a step back
Huh. Never knew they made a Femshep version of the ME3 cinematic.

Why is Ashley still there though. I thought Kaidan was meant to be the proper virmire survivor if you chose Femshep.
I am extremely saddened by bioware. The mass effect franchise had the opportunity to be the best gaming trilogy to date, but they go ahead and fuck it up. Could they not take a year, hire better writers, get some better play testers, and release the game of the decade?
or perhaps simply ask someone who isn't so deeply entrenched in the development to give the plot a once-over without talking about this "artistic integrity" as though those words mean anything there are these things called editors they are very useful i know a guy hes really good ill give them his number

Or did bioware get stupid?
I can't tell if its EA's fault or biowares Did EA rush them? Or did bioware get stupid?
You can't really blame EA for this. If Bioware were rushed they could have ended it on a more traditional note. It was Bioware who decided to stick their heads up their own asses and call whatever they found "art."
I just thought of something: at the end, how does shepard leap into the space magic beam for synthesis, as the citadel isnt rotating so there would be very little to none gravity, and even if it was the gravity would be to the arms of the citadel, not the centre

There are cars driving around in the background of the Citadel, and technically the mass effect fields are off on the outside where Shepard is so there's no oxygen for him to breathe either. [editline]15th April 2012[/editline]
It was Bioware who decided to stick their heads up their own asses and call whatever they found "art."
Actually I'm pretty sure Casey Hudson is pretty much solely responsible for the disaster of an ending, not EA or Bioware.
Oh, im replaying ME3 again, just watched [sp]Legion Sacrifice[/sp] scene again. Every time when i hear [sp]"Shepard-Commander. I must go to them. I'm.. I'm sorry. It's the only way", i really want to hug Legion.[/sp] Best scene in the whole game.

Hudson wanted a "high level" (lawls, it's been fucking and shooting on ship named "the fuck'n'shootmobile for three games but let's get all philosophical and meta an shit) transformative ending that left canon open. Walters is the one responsible for those endings being fuck awful and making zero sense. They're both to blame. Hudson is a great concepter and adjudicator, but he's said himself he sucks at writing. The less said about Walters' continual dick-in-eye of the franchise since the beginning the better.

Started playing as Infiltrator for the first time. I can't believe I ignored this class for so long, it is an amazingly fun class to play. Granted, I only have the basic characters for the class unlocked, but here is hoping my next premium spectre crate will have the Geth in it.

So I finally got around to ordering this: I do hope it'll match my curtains.
Actually I'm pretty sure Casey Hudson is pretty much solely responsible for the disaster of an ending, not EA or Bioware.
I don't really want to accept hear-say so easily, and I don't want to single-out Casey Hudson. Casey Hudson pretty much created the franchise, after all, and you can't blame one person in a team. It's the team's responsibility to pick up slack and criticize themselves. That's why people work in teams. You can say that only Hudson is to blame, but that's like saying only Lucas was to blame for the Star Wars prequels when he was surrounded by producers who neglected to mention that Phantom Menace was a piece of shit before the first screening of the finished film. In the end, someone should have spoken up, and loudly at that.
So I finally got around to ordering this: I do hope it'll match my curtains.
my brother has that on our room's mantle

So uh.. they gave me an automated response. I hope it's because it's the weekend. They still owe me a commendation pack anyway.
Huh. Never knew they made a Femshep version of the ME3 cinematic.
The only problem with femshep in the CGI is she just looks so fake.
Wow, unlocked 6 Premium Specter Packs at once and got no new characters. Got a Talon though. Wonder if that's any good.
I'm quickly burning out on the multiplayer. Which is ironic, because I'm burning out trying to make things fun again by unlocking new classes. They're just so rare. 30 spectre packs in, and only Batarians. Considering each spectre pack is 2 silver matches, and each silver match is 20 minutes... My current unlock rate is 10 hours of playtime per Batarian.
or you can play 1 gold match and buy a spectre pack from that
has anyone been able to get the helmet the alliance fighter pilot is shown wearing in the final space battle through coalesced editing? this one

So no you won't be able to get it through coalesced editing.
