Ah this takes me back. Though I can't spare the money for prem
You don't need perm
I'm sorry, but what the fuck is this MAP you speak of? [editline]02:40PM[/editline] Oh nevermind I=Tard. [editline]02:42PM[/editline] Oh, by the way, type /gofemale in chat box
Fuck this game, if I play it I'm going to be addicted for like three weeks, and then I'm going to stop and wonder why I wasted my time on it. :sigh:
Basically we've sailed around the continent and set up camp next to the enemy. This is the starting server which generally means there wont be much resistance when It comes to Fight Skill but we hope to get some combat after we've set up our camp. (It's not far from the enemies starting position so we have potential to greif the other half of the server)
The only combat you'll get is against animals. You're not allowed to pvp in GV, so there aren't any 'enemies' If you grief the server, you'll get banned. Also, you can't found a village on GV. Can't buy deeds. At any rate, Golden Valley is only meant for you to start off and get your skills up then move to Wild or Freedom. Why stay there when the best you can do is 20 in your skills? Besides the fact that things decay super fast there. Go Wild, go HOTS. Jenn-Kellon certainly doesn't need any more people.
I can't find it, the defined region is TOO LARGE. [editline]03:41PM[/editline] and I'm running out of water, whatever that means.
It means you're getting thirsty, hurf durf. Find a tile that's partially submerged, right click it, and click 'drink'. Wait until you're done. When you're thirsty, your stamina refills a lot slower.

Why did you guys goto Golden Valley?! shoulda came to freedom
Why did you guys goto Golden Valley?! shoulda came to freedom
Cause we don't wanna pay for this game until black people are added. Also freedom is a terrible server, if i wanted to pay to play i would be on wild.
please for the love of god mark the location more accurately so I can find it.
We also found two other FPers Comcastic and Greedo but they're part of the other faction ;(
We're both friendly to everyone, really. We don't really pay attention to what kingdom we're in
I'm about to start asking the locals if I get no specific information.
I'm about to start asking the locals if I get no specific information.
Just keep swimming around the coast or I'll try to get you
Just keep swimming around the coast or I'll try to get you
OK, I'll wait at the nearby coast [editline]04:29PM[/editline] OK, I'm waiting at some place on the coast named sunset valley. [editline]04:40PM[/editline] I feel weird and the locals are going "wtf" Please get here SOON.

OK, half an hour... I guess you're not actually going to come find me.
Keep walking along the coast I was trying to find our boat
Keep walking along the coast I was trying to find our boat
well now I have to go back out to the coast... [editline]05:08PM[/editline] OK waiting outside some coastal place named Casa De Schepoke, whatever that is.
You bitches better log on soon, I'm doing all this digging and mining here while you sit on your asses sipping tea :argh:
You've recruited me. I shall give it a shot, assuming someone can help me learn what the fuck to do.
The game has a bit of a learning curve, but don't be discouraged guys, it's totally awesome. The terraforming and mining will blow your mind. I'll see if I can't get my GV alt's ass over there. I've been playing for a few months. I'm no pro but I know what I'm doing.
The atrocious controls are really discouraging me.
The atrocious controls are really discouraging me.
As you play the game, it becomes second nature. It's not difficult at all really, double click the tool to activate it, then use right click menu to interact. BTW, you can autorun with X, just so you know. Once you move to premium, get someone to make you a toolbelt. Then you just click the item in the toolbelt to activate it.
I meant the lack of mouse look.
I meant the lack of mouse look.
It has mouse look, just you have to hold left click.
This is the town?
It has mouse look, just you have to hold left click.
Ahh, thanks. Now where can I find trees to cut? [editline]10:58AM[/editline] How do I cut trees?
Press F3 and double click the hatchet or small axe or whatever that's in your inventory. Then right click a tile that has a tree on it.
