I still remember a little kid taking a DS game from the stands and run out of the store to his dad without anyone noticing. The store's detectors didn't even beep or anything, he could have took it home without the clerk noticing anything.

this happened to me one time, I brought Dawn of War II and the key was already used (which was funny because they had it behind the counter, maybe an employee used it)

so i just contacted steam and sent them a scan of my receipt and it was all good :cool:
