Joined armor collum and got crushed. We thought paras had already dropped, but they didn't so we attacked without inf support. We killed like 4 inf and 3 tanks. Lost 5. Hate it when something horribly fails.

Thinking about trying out tanks. What is typically happening in a tank division?

Turns out I can still play, so I did. Couple of kills and a cap in Wellin, which on the hot scale rates about a fucking 11.

Didn't hear of it.

That reminds me of a few weeks ago where a huge armor column came to some town and just barraged the AB from across the river. I swam across the river as a sapper and managed to get 4 tank kills before they killed me :).

Server for the games just gone down, i wonder if they'll lock out all us 2 week free trialists that have not yet signed up? 2 days extra so far and i've got some really good kills, mostly using my trusy Bren gun.

Machine gunners probably get the most kills. tap mouse, wait, guy 300 meters away drops down. :D

Mmm I'm gonna post the video I took of 17pdrs firing on mouzon ab. like gonna post it right now. Sweetass artillery position set up on sw hill. We've been shelling it for at least 4 hours while axis dump two whole divisions into it and lose 5 towns in the process (feschaux, beauraing, haybes, sedan, and possibly givet) By the way, the town with the armor column was Wellin. There were a few more, but Wellin was the BIG BIG one with at least 40 tanks... if not more. 23rd Armored Division had 52 players online that night.

Does anyone else find it really fucking hard to hit planes using a joystick?

Yes. There's a CFML file somewhere on the forums that lets you remap the movement of guns - anti-tank, aaa, naval and tank guns - to the mouse so you can use the mouse to target. Check barracks or motor pool.
