I don't have a joystick, and everytime I try to drive an Opel Blitz, it doesn't work, I try the arrowkeys and WSAD. Nothing. I tried working with the controls in settings, but there is only "steering" (which only turns the vehicle left) and "Gas" (which makes it go faster). So now I'm stuck with a truck that can only go left :( Also, I can't find para-trooper anywhere on the spawn screen, do I need a higher rank to become one?

It may be a sticky in the help forums.

I'm not so sure I'm going to get a subscription. It's a great game and all, but just not for me. The novelty of the realism aspect kinda wears off quickly. Especially for planes. I checked out the wiki and there's so much stuff to learn before you can get good.

I don't get it, is it that hard to remap your keys? First thing you should do after downloading is remap your keys so most vehicles work with the setup you're using.

As you post there is so much to learn, it is a new game for every piece of equipment. You may not know it but you are going to miss out on a lot of time online having the best fun on the net you can have, because you are disapporinted in the learning curve. Join a squad and begin the learning.

Not sure if this is a valid piont or if i'm just being 'special' but changed my account to a 3 month payment plan by papal and was expecting a popup or an email telling me what to do. But i can't find info on what account i'm supposed to pay through papal or what i'm supposed to do when i pay so that they know the money is to unlock my particular account. Any info on this?

Join a squad and begin the learning.[/QUOTE] Most people pick certain equipment and try to stick with it anyway. Some people never will use a sniper for example, but they do use a lmg. Or they only use single shot weapons. Same with tanks and planes.. Some tanks and planes handle differently from others.

And the fact that everything handles differently is why every new vehicle is like a completely new experience. And eventually you'll develop your own tactics for that specific vehicle

Cool. But whenever i make hits i always seem the hit the wrong spots. I'd like to see more of those damage models. Is it posseble to spawn a tank to shoot at like in the video? also, since smart people seem to be here anyway, i can't login to the forum. I tried pretty much everything, and requesting the password also failed.

I tried gamename and account name. I logged in to the front page to confirm i used the correct login.

I take back my negative comments on the game. I got my joystick working. I don't ever do tutorials, so after around 5 crashed planes :q: I had flight. At the same time, they prepared a 25 plane raid I was part of. It was a fighter sweep of the north side near Helmond. I shot one guy down, then blacked out and crashed.

I blacked out doing a barrel roll with a 109 once and ended up diving headfirst into the English Channel. :v: But good job on your kill. It took me forever to get my first a2a kill

Guys, I really want to know if It's worth spending £15 a month on this game. I like it but it's a hefty price every month.

Well worth it for the best game ever made IMHO :)
