A tank is a vehicle encased in metal armor to keep the crew operating the cannon safe. But meh. I was pissed off about the STuG III G's Cannon not penetrating the M10's Hull armor or Turret armor. Maybe it deflected but not likely.

Depends what angle you were shooting at. Plus the STuG IIIG's gun has a very low muzzle velocity so I dunno.

That's the thing, at any angle I was shooting from I would have pierced it's armor and caused spall at the least. StuG III B is the Low velocity with its stubby gun. STuG III G Is a high velocity and Designed for anti tank purposes.

I dunno, lets just blame CRS. Everyone STuG IIIG I've ever come across in any tank, if it's had it's gone aiming at me I'd die. That includes the M10 many times.

Beta server has been down a while wonder if they're putting in a big patch to it.

Don't get my hopes up.

Me? Well I just keep jumping from squad to squad. Been in 23rd, BKB, Bose26, some German para squad and right now I'm the Sioux or something. Going allied for this campaign.

It was nearly finished but with the new buildings put in there were some performance hits. So CRS is putting some elements of the Unity II engine in to improve performance. So now we'll be at like Unity 1.75 :P Hopefully we'll have Unity II 1.30.

Hopefully unity 2 will have less memory leakage, so I can actually strafe towns without the epic FPS drop.

I've also heard running the game off a separate hard drive from windows improves performance but I don't know.
