Battleground: Europe - WW2 Online (Now with 2 week free trial) - Games

Are the allies still violently overpowered? Because I might get this... If the Axis stand a bleeding chance. I remember when I played the trial, at off-peak time I would take part in strikes and cut deep into Allied territory, decimating their frontline strength. Then the fucking Americans got on during the nights and we were throwing rocks at their unstoppable might somewhere near Metz.

That 1 axis heavy tank can easily take the 3 allied heavy tanks if used correctly. Jesus, you don't need to have a ratio of 1:1 with everything.

What? It's tier 1 by the way. New tables give axis E1 in tier 0 and give allies Spit1a and D.520 in tier 0 too which is a load of bullshit. New tier 1 has H.81's, Spit1b's and E4's.

Is it possible to try this at all without having to give credit card info? Like... Someone signing up a trial account on their credit card and letting me use it? :D

I loved the 110 pre 1.29 in tier 0. Now I don't even fly it.

Then don't play tier 0. DOC said we will get panzerfausts and I've got a feeling they will probably be coded like rifle grenades. Apparantly 1.30 is going to be the infantry love patch so here's hoping us axis will get a better means of anti tank weaponry.

Then play with teamwork. Axis use teamwork and allies roam around like morons. It's been this way for a long time.

Oh yeah, there is a two week free period for old members, where we have a chance to play again and try the new patches. I might download it later tonight or tomorrow, because I really miss this game. This time around I'll probaly not choose the Luftwaffe, because I suck at flying. Ended up as a rear gunner all the time, but flying stuka was fun. Could be cool to play in a tank battalion, I just love the feel when commanding a several ton heavy stug through a forest.

I never got the hang of the game. I would try to do one thing and end up failing. Like the huge parachute drop that we all died in.

Hehe, there have to be some failures. In realistic online games you can't win all the time, but when it all goes according to plan it's the best experience ever. I just downloaded the client again and tried connecting. Seems like they have a huge connection issue, and I coulden't gain access. Does someone have some advice for how to connect, or is it just me that's doing something wrong? They said that all subscriptions for old accounts would be renewed, so does that mean that I just can log in and play? I didn't find and answer in the support forum...

Fuck yeah, I just got into JG11. I've spent a good 4 or so months trying to get in and right when I'd given up I winged up with Killa and cleared his drag when he suddenly asked me if I wanted to join. And pow, I'm now a member of the squad I've spent so damn long trying to get into.

It's being developed by a small company in Texas called Cornered Rat Softeware (CRS or just the RATS). This small company is taking on a enormous challenge. It's an MMO FPS/FS/NS which stands for Massively Multilayer Online First Person Shooter/Flight Simulator/Naval Simulator but the Naval part of this game is not the shining area in this game. This game has gone through many patches which are released every few months or even weeks. Some people might complain about the visuals but they're really not that bad and visuals really don't make up a game. It's very demanding because the entire map is over 250,000 km big. There are 3 factions in this game: The British, the French, and the Germans. There are no Americans in this game. Now what I find the best thing about this game is the player base. Nearly everyone who plays this is in the ages of 20-60 years old. The community is also very helpful to new players. And the game dev are very close to the community. Changes have been made to the game based on suggestions from the community.
