The grappling hook from Just Cause 2, nothing better sending enemies flying into the air with propane tanks or flipping cars off bridges.
Fallout 3's Ripper. Because I haven't played Fallout 1 or 2 long enough to get the Ripper in them and because its like a giant electric turkey carver.
Doom 2's Super Shotgun. Used at really close range it's almost as damaging as a direct BFG hit. Ammo is more abundant and you can't kill yourself with it like the Rocket Launcher.

The SMG is pretty shitty actually. Its firing sounds like marshmellows slowly popping in a fire, its accuracy is terrible and it seems incredibly underpowered.
The Just Cause 2 REVOLVER on the other hand is another matter.
Every other gun except the rocket launcher and sniper are shit in that game.
