if it was made by Bethesda it'd be on their engine. so there would be no animations for diagonal running, jumping would be really clunky, and the shooting would be terrible.

I think you're mixing something up. It's the console gamers that like to laugh at PC gamers for not getting console exclusives, not the other way around. Hell, there aren't even almost any games that are actually PC exclusive.
I will admit however that that wallpaper in the OP is the fucking shit. Is there a 1680x1050 version without any text on it?

Its like 85% Stranglehold, and 15% Killer 7/God Hand, wrapped in a Quentin Tarantino shell, and thats a good thing.
Its a fun game, but with all the heavyweights releasing all around it, its probably going to be something I rent in about four months.
I give this game a fistful of meh.
god 2009 sucks for games.
