I never read the comic books but from the animated series he's one of the people running the Asylum and you just know he's evil but I never actually saw him do anything evil.

He's an insane, depraved head doctor who knows Batman's alter ego is Bruce Wayne. As in, he found out and didn't suffer a convenient death or laser guided amnesia right afterwards like most villains do.

(sorry for the bump, my nerd-love for the animated series requires me to correct this)
In the animated series, Strange was running a resort for particularly rich persons. In the resort, he'd set up a sort of meditation/therapy room to actually read people's thoughts, and convert them to a video. (Weird, yes.) He'd use this to get people's darkest secrets and then blackmail them into giving him tons of money.
Bruce Wayne went to investigate, and had his secret identity revealed. He managed his way out of it by confusing Strange; he had Robin dress up as Batman, so that both Bruce and Batman could appear at the same time.

Guys I started a forum over on gametrailers forums about whether or not Batman looks too ripped in this game series. (http://forums.gametrailers.com/thread/batman-getting-a-little-too-ri/1154953?page=2)
I'm arguing that he looks so ripped now that he doesn't even look human anymore, he looks like a gorilla or something.
There's too much emphasis on his muscles. I posted the following in that thread:
"And for you guys who are saying that Batman needs that bulk to fight his enemies, I disagree. Batman can hold his own against anybody no matter how strong they are because Batman always turns out to be more driven, motivated, and just has an almost limitless capacity for pure will power.
No matter how ripped you are, most people don't jump off a building to save someone else."
"I'd argue that he does those amazing things because of his shear drive. Like if you put him in an arm wrestling match against someone who was STRONGER than him, and who was standing in the way of his objective, Batman would break his arm and shatter the guy's elbow."
What do you guys think? Does Batman look too ripped?
Batman has always been ripped. It's just made more obvious in this game series due to the fact that he's being rendered with current 3D tech instead of being drawn in a comic or cartoon. Hell, look at the movies (either the TIm Burton ones or the recent Christopher Nolan ones) and the Armor makes him look ripped, too.
when i watched the trailer on machinima
i saw a huge amount of retards comparing this to Black Cops

No, he looks fine. Considering the ridiculous amount of training he does, it isn't at all surprising that he looks nearly bodybuilder-esque.
So fucking pumped. Arkham Asylum was phenomenal. Seriously one of the best combat systems I've ever played.
