While I'm not a fan of the AO, blurring the light map provides a much nicer effect. What some people don't seem to grasp is that Notch didn't have the right to sell DLC post-release before, he would have had to give it all away for free. The only thing that changed is that he [i]can[/i] charge for it now, but that doesn't mean he'll [i]always[/i] charge for every little new feature. Also, remember the modding API that'll be coming soon? The mods will be completely free, so that'll be a nice bunch of free new features too. edit: Also, you can just think of all of the DLC being free as Notch's Christmas present to everyone who helped Minecraft get started :3:

Wanted to buy the game so i can have my own account on christmas because I'm empty right now. i was sharing an account with my friend because I thought the game wasn't worth the money. I was wrong. Ok, these gift codes Notch is going to work in, are they avalible to perchase with a credit card or PayPal?, because PayPal is the only thing stopping me from getting this game right now and I really only can buy stuff using a credit card.
