I've been considering this. I'm using doku's right now but It just looks so bland after a couple of weeks.
I hit a 6 diamond vein.
There was a tut on the minecraft forums on how to make mods, anyone got a link?

can I get a link to wombo pack?
Well i finally gave in and bought Minecraft. You win, well played. I can see what you mean by it being addicting, but i was wondering something, why aren't my treetops disappearing after cutting away the wood? I'm doing a bit of deforestation.
Also, what minecraft wiki would you recommend?

Treetops aren't dissapearing because Notch hasn't fixed it yet

Go away! :argh:
Found out why my Minecraft server was too laggy to be usable last night.
Denial of Service attack script was on my dad's web server.

Thanks. To burn em', would i just have to place a torch on them or something?
I messed with the supersampling envelope in Sony Vegas to make the timelapse smoother, because it's comprised of loads of screenshots taken every second.
I'm not 100% sure if that's what fixed it, but I just assume it helped.
SuperSampling for vegas takes multiple samples of the video or frames and blends it around to make it appear smoother. For a timelapse, It might help but induce some ghosting.
I use supersampling for my motionblur as it lowers the effective shutter angle and rounds off the opacity curve of the blended frames. I.E. Like a camera.

You have to make a flint and steel (look it up)
Also I think I'm gonna create a new save since I lost all my shit on my other save and I didn't like what I was building...I think I'm going to invedit in a set of diamond gear just for the beginning though.

Be really careful that you don't burn down an entire forest and lose resources. You have to get a flint and steel, look it up on the wiki page.
I'm trying to find an excuse to make a minecart track, but I have no idea what I would do with it.
Thanks guys :D
After finally finishing my minecart going through 20 levels of my new mine on Singleplayer, I felt it obligatory to take a picture of the landscape on the return to the surface journey :buddy:
