Me and a friend (GhostyMUDy) have been building a Nordic-themed town in a large snow biome on smp.nisd.dk. I made a couple of player skins especially for it. If not, it doesn't. To increase your chance of getting a tree, you need a ceiling at least 10 blocks high, but anything higher than 15 will be a waste. You'll also want to find a way to illuminate the tops of those trees once they grow, as apparantley critters can spawn there. D:
