Huh, yeah. That wasn't so bad really.
With the patching for 64x64, does water animate now? Haven't even considered using larger textures than the original before, so haven't looked into that.
And Livestream can't connect... Just great..

Just mined a shitload of gravel, thinking I was finding coal. Turns out it's actually flint. Run out of torches. Fuck.

The minerals, especially the iron on that pack look like they would be a bitch to see though.

The sun.png and moon.png are in the terrain folder in your minecraft.jar.

I usually agree, but that pack looked pretty neat.

Just tried it, still much better with original textures. I didn't think it tiled very well.

i dont get the whole nether portal thing.
So, i made a portal in my base underground, and another one further away from the base, i entered the second one, and i got teleported to the first one in the nether world. :wtc:
Is there anything else to do in the Nether, besides dying?

Collecting the blocks, to make more interesting bases?
You can use Netherstone for Fireplaces that never run out/Beacons
You can use Slowsand (or whatever) to make one-way rooms and mob traps
And you can use the Lightstone for streetlamps/beacons.
Infinite lava too.
What the fuck I logged in and it says I need to purchase it while I definitely have it purchased (bought it months ago).

Yeah, with the latest update there's a chance that lava lakes will be present on the surface, which makes them lava pits and not magma pits. Awesome, right?
