And since texture packs all look similar, and sand being sand, an artist needs to find someway of making his different and stand out. To me it looks as though the sands inspiration is the waviness of the BC2 sand. And saying the sky is the same colour is another thing completely, that looks like you're struggling to defend why you can't see the similarity in patterns, and that struggle is shown again by you saying the trees are the same shape. The sky is the sky, and the same type of trees are the same. But making sand that looks like the sand in in BC2, which does the sand in a [I]unique[/I] way, makes it obvious that it was the inspiration.
