For those that have/like pantherpack, I set up a beta SVN https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/pantherpack-beta/ usually up to date, features new textures/items woo
When I hear SVN, I think of wiremod. sounds kinda funny when it's for a texture pack.
I must have this texture pack.
It looks very nice indeed. I just hope it's supporting biome grass and leaves.
When I hear SVN, I think of wiremod. sounds kinda funny when it's for a texture pack.
faster updating :D

dammit i spend so much time on these and they're so ugly D: [editline]6th December 2010[/editline]
Can I get a list of the items/textures included?
So far I've only updated about 90% of the terrain, and changed the swords, shovels and pickaxes. Also, gui, and pumpkin helmet.
[img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2010-12-06_19.20_.42_.png[/img_thumb] God I've been wanting to do that for months now. Also someone posted some kind of ore finder before. I cant find it
:frog:
That's horrible :gonk: Where they RAID 0'd or was it just terrible luck?
They were both mirrored believe it or not. Redundancy, lol.
Has someone got a better minimap then simplemap (the one of the MrMpatcher)
They were both mirrored believe it or not. Redundancy, lol.
[del]Who made them?[/del] found it. WD, strange how fast they died, Western Digital is usually very trustworthy. Of course, mine died in ~6 months, which pissed me off.
Got bored of my new map...Started another... Found this: [img_thumb]http://oi55.tinypic.com/290rn94.jpg[/img_thumb] All I can say is...Woah.
This texture pack. I'd love to have it.
This texture pack. I'd love to have it.
It's doku's. here's the version I use: http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=73212 you also have to download Xau's Patcher to fix lava, water, and portals though.
They were both mirrored believe it or not. Redundancy, lol.
the odds of a RAID1 array failing (both simultaneously) are so low that it's generally considered impossible. I'm quite sorry for your loss... did you backup any of it on an external hard drive/flash drive/ online (dropbox, etc.)?
DONE. I don't care if Argon has an electron configuration of 1s2 2s 2 2p6 3s2 3p6, as I can now do even MORE science in minecraft. MINECART COLLIDER HERE I COMEEEE
Well. It turns to a gas at -186, so that wouldn't be useful in minecraft. [editline]7th December 2010[/editline]
The Small Automatic Minecart Collider (SAMC) is a success. It showed considerable effects. [img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/7e268eaa24b86331247edf22f13cebf5.png[/img_thumb] With the data gathered from this experiment, I deduce that everything in the minecraft world, all matter, is made from tiny entities. These entities, I call "Chez Particles", make up everything. Everything. You, me, that creeper, the smoke from the creeper's explosion. Reactions between these "Chez Particles", or "CPs", make everyday events such as minecart movement and explosions. When these particles move at high speeds, they eventually reach the speed of "render". "Render" is the speed on which things appear to you. Just go to a high mountain looking down, and look across the land. If you were not there, you will see a slight "render lag", where bits of landscape appear to appear. Now when minecarts reach the render max, they move strangely. They start shifting in the y and x axis, moving side to side, not up. This causes them to move to other tracks. We don't know why these CPs move this way, and hopefully will find out how. Now when minecarts are in close proximity to each other, they start to chain together inside each other. A theory is that each the Chez Particles that make up minecarts are attracted to other minecart CPs, and they link together. Why do they go into each other? We don't know, but a popular theory is that there is a lot of empty space inside each CP, and there is plenty of space to compact.
Or they are just squares rendered in LWJGL glitching man.
I should really finish this.
the odds of a RAID1 array failing (both simultaneously) are so low that it's generally considered impossible. I'm quite sorry for your loss... did you backup any of it on an external hard drive/flash drive/ online (dropbox, etc.)?
Looks like one drive crashed which made my system unstable Corrupting the MBR on the other. So the good drive or what I think is the good drive was 99.99% unharmed. I was able to recover nearly all the data (School work, old editing projects, photos of my little sister, home movies, etc) except for a few script files at the very end of the transfer. The other one literally sounds like a really bad DJ who is also a robot. The scratching is almost constant. I'm going to recheck my transferred files, reformat both with the fullest reformat, reboot, then run Smart checks and checkdisks to see if the other drive is as good as I think. Edit: Sorry for taking page king, I've been asleep and did not intend. If someone wants I'll quote their video here or something.
I should really finish this. Oh, well that's what a RAID1 array is for. Make sure to replace the second failing drive, just in case...
Hello gentlemen, I have obtained minecraft today. I'd like to know if I can revert back to my default skin if I decide to mod it
Hello gentlemen, I have obtained minecraft today. You'd just download it and upload it back as your character skin.
oh thank you. I'll go browse minecraftskins.com guilt free, then

anyone have a good skin editing program? and maybe a nice little texture mod?
I just gave up on 2 new systems I wanted to add in my metro, one which sent the cart to you if it was on the other station and junctions, I gave up on both because the wiring is simply inpractical.

What's the difference between top bottom and face [editline]7th December 2010[/editline] Nevermind, figured it out. Who likes it? http://minecraft.net/skin/skin.jsp?user=UnarmedSniper

This is so fucking gay, wheat only grows when the player who made the crops is actually on the server. Makes no sense.
Thats because of meta waves!
