[img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/Untitled217.png[/img] That cobblestone in the pool there was there to stop the 4 diamonds I had found from falling into the drink (well, there WERE 4 but one of them fell in). I have never seen anything like this place in my entire time of Minecraft, I'd never seen anything more than Iron and I was completely blown away. I had a reaction on par with the double rainbow dude at Yellowstone (except 75% of the words used were the words 'gorgeous' and 'fuck'). Mock me all you want, Facepunch.

I started a new world, thought it looked a bit bland, promptly fell down a cave. Stumbled around in a cave, promptly fell down a huge shaft, followed by several others. Walk around an amazing cave system, I've never found more than Iron and now I have redstone and gold just laying around! And then after dodging a load of lavafalls and waterfalls... Only I got lost once I mined the diamond. And was cornered by a lot of mobs.

As for people who don't like it, i respect that, I just like to know why.

I cant just leave this find, putting the game to hard mode, I shall fight to the bitter end! -edit- Shiiiit, lots of creepers down here :S -edit- Skellington shot me into the lava, then a creeper blew me up :(

Friend of mine and I found like 20 diamonds in it just by walking around as well as a metric assload of redstone and coal. Spelunking For Fun and Profit.

I really hope notch implements some sort of "gold coins" crafting recipe. Also the ability to write on paper and tack the paper to doors/walls, or write in books, like the bookshelf mod.
