Both coloring (however final or not it is) and her armor look completely out of place for her role as an agility-based assassin. Her previous hood design fit her character better, as well as looked better.

I'm absolutely okay with the item system. It doesn't hurt the artstyle (yet) and what's wrong with personalizing your character a little bit?

There's crafting and also a mention of recycling, I wonder how that works. Crafting's a bit weird as there's no "common drop" that can be spent.

I like the idea of being able to upgrade your drop rate, especially because I haven't been able to play DOTA 2 enough this week to actually get anything dropped :(. Bringing over some things from TF2 look cool, others seem kinda lame. Name tags, taunts, couriers, hexes, and certain item switches all seem pretty sweet. But some are so minor that they won't be that noticeable thus defeats the purpose of showing off cosmetics (for better or for worse). Also I know that the idea of Premium & Trial versions has been floating around for awhile for DOTA, since it was an STS string for at least a few months. IMO it's not a bad idea, and it's a lot more appropriate than even in TF2.
I was hoping they'd charge about $30-40 for Dota2, which would have been a reasonable price for a game with so many heroes/items. I mean, I couldn't care less about nametagging or taunts and shit for 2-5$ a pop.

EDIT: Also, to those seemingly unhappy with motred's tealness, that's very obviously not a texture, it looks to be an untextured model with dev colours on it. The teal is NOT going to stay. ( i liked her initial design better than this helmet though)
If you have Double Damage Rune active, should newly created or active illusions receive it as well ? I had DD and none of newly spawned (as PL) illusions had it. I can't quite remember the mechanic behind this.
