Oh man, Im glad I lost my last match. We had a shit talking Razor, he is like, the biggest shit talker ever, i mean he seriously paused after he killed someone to shit talk, oh my god. Im glad we lost so the enemy team could shut him up.
I just had a sniper on enemy team tell me I was awful as clockwerk because all I was doing was sniping people with rockets (I was beyond godlike at one point.) And the only thing I could think of was "What a fucking hypocrit."
I fucking hate overconfident players in Dota.
Did valve send out more invites? Half my teammates are dumb as rocks.
I love Nightstalker. Just get his movement speed up like crazy and focus health regen after, and I am literally unstoppable after mid game.

Aw I was having what was shaping up to be one of the most fun Dota matches I've ever had but then the enemy Leshrac left. I was actually legitimately upset about that.
Doesn't he still have more strength gain than agility per level? [editline]5th May 2012[/editline] Obviously didn't mean you.
Yeah but when he was strenght it was boosting its HP and its attack. Now that he is agi, his attack come from agi so his hight str gain only gives him HP.
Why is Razor never seen in competitive play? [editline]5th May 2012[/editline]
34 heroes at least 34 weeks at least 7,9 months if a single hero comes out every week
Tobi said that all save 5 or so heroes will be released by the International 2, which he also said would be earlier than the previous one. i think we're gonna see lots more heroes getting churned out now that the UI and item icons all seem to be settled, and maybe ogre magi and chaos knight all at once, who knows.
Do all of the heroes even have to be out though for a public release? There's already a strong competitive scene even without a lot of the heroes. At this point I think a bigger issue would be the sheer force that the servers would have to bear. Dota 2 is already one of the most popular games on Steam and it's only in Beta. Opening it up to everyone would cause an insane spike.
What signifies 'gold' if it isn't being entirely in line with Warcraft 3 DOTA?
I think Icefrog said he wanted to release Dota 2 for the International 2, aka August.
Alchemist isn't useless at all... Anyone wanna play?
Just because they're hard to play doesn't make them useless. Alchemist isn't the greatest hero, but far from useless. Chen is also amazing.
Don't mind Atlascore he's probably the most hated guy of this thread with RagerTrader.
We lost, but it was still good because I am best Kermit the frog.
Ehh... Invoker is not hard to use. Perhaps hard to learn, but use no. You're rather new to DoTA?
I'd argue that realistically in an average Invoker game, you don't get Invoke leveled high enough or get a scepter before the game ends and have to really be that quick to switch between spells before the cool down is up. As far as ten spells go, in a fight you may get 4-5 off and use them properly before it ends. If you use all 10 spells in a fight let me know. I'll be impressed. Alchemist is much harder to use than Invoker. Note the difference between learning and using. Invoker is much harder to learn, I'd argue the only hero that is hard to "Learn." Usage however is different, there are oodles of heroes that you need to be much more skilled to use than Invoker.
Invoker isn't hard to play, it's just you need a proper technique. One which doesn't involve tornado + emp over and over. Also, new video:
when you write thx in chat box your character will say a thankyou line and everyone on your team will hear it. I like this kind of detalis.
Isn't it better to give the aegis to someone other than SK? I mean yeah SK will have 2 revives but if he has no team then hes just useless.
Okay I give up, Alchemist is apparently difficult to play even though he's basically just SK without the revive, aura life steal and crit, now would you kindly explain to me what he brings to a team that makes him worth using over any of the other strength carries in the game?
I really don't feel the need to further intelligently discuss this with you. You just said he is basically a character without being 3/4 of that character... What? [editline]5th May 2012[/editline]
Isn't it better to give the aegis to someone other than SK? I mean yeah SK will have 2 revives but if he has no team then hes just useless.
Definitely. It seems like it would be a good idea to let him have it, but for the reason you said, it doesn't work. By the time he comes back twice his team won't be there.
Isn't it better to give the aegis to someone other than SK? I mean yeah SK will have 2 revives but if he has no team then hes just useless.
Tbh a very well farmed (not fed) SK can take multiple people alone if he can revive two times.
when you write thx in chat box your character will say a thankyou line and everyone on your team will hear it. I like this kind of detalis.
Also your hero laughs when you type lol, and if you type the emote in global chat everyone can hear it.

Also you lost your Divine even though you had Aegis? :v:
I wanted to give it just a little bit of spice, almost to be tongue-in-cheek. Also was the best remix I could find. But I understand your pain :( It's a long long story. It involves running into the fountain to make a kill after I ran out of aegis & with just a few seconds left to reincarnate before the ancient was destroyed. Suffice to say didn't work. [editline]5th May 2012[/editline] Literally the moment BH picked up divine the game ended. On the B-Roll is actually a clip of BH just standing there dumbly as the rocks from the Ancient rain down on his head.
Also your hero laughs when you type lol, and if you type the emote in global chat everyone can hear it.
I just say it a few times for fun and before long my entire team is just spamming thanks and lol and we're giggling like idiots.
Tbh a very well farmed (not fed) SK can take multiple people alone if he can revive two times.
I mean it's a good point, but every SK I see that gets an aegis will revive twice for no reason if his whole team is dead. The only time that that could apply is if no one can stun him or its 1v1. Theres really no hero that can solo fight a team even if farmed. [editline]5th May 2012[/editline] Unless you put high tier players against noobs, theres really no chance of that happening.
