IIRC on HoN it only slowed them. The only time I ever played Chronos(HoN version of Void), I kept ulting the enemy team only to have my team walk in to it and bitch at me even if they could have easily nuked the fuck out of them without getting near it. Tried to get SotM(HoN agh's) so they'd stop bitching about being unable to attack, and they kept complaining.
TL;DR The entire reason I rarely play Void- Stupid teammates who will walk in to my ult even if they don't have to just so they can blame me when they're doing bad.

I was playing Enchantress yesterday and tried to use Impetus against the enemy Broodmother. It was all going well until she got so close the Impetus stopped working. Either that or I ran out of mana.
Needles to say, I got killed, we got stomped, but me and my friend who was playing as Lich had a good laugh about it.
Gah, what the fuck. Why can't I enter the game all of a sudden?
It gives me the "CGCClientJobFindSourceTVGames failed to get reply" error every time. I've tried restarting steam and deleting the ClientRegistry.blob file.

About a couple of dozen hours in, I still have no idea what the fuck is a carry, ganker, support.
Would someone kind explain them in layman terms? Don't use words like "feeding". That confuses me. We both know there's no fucking food in dota2 (except for the cheese).

Carry - weak at first, shines in the late game, is responsable for "carrying" the team to victory and so shouldn't be played by newbies
Ganker - hero who's main job is killing other heroes
Support - helps the carry farm and does stuff like buying wards and the courier

Since you explained these, can you tell me what do Initiator and Pusher mean? I am bad with the theory, but I guess Pusher is supposed to damage towers and Initiator should stun and damage enemies so players from his team can finish them off.
Any tips for playing Huskar?
I just had the most exhausting game ever as Doombringer. Man that was not fun anymore, just tiresome. Even if we won, I am not sure if it was worth it. Me and 3 of my friends were queuing together, 2 of them is relative new to the game, while one of them is around my skill level, maybe a bit higher. (mine is like average and a bit more, I think. I at least have some experience)
Anyway it basically became a game where I and my other equally skilled friend had to yell to our teammates what to do, and when to do it all the time. Literally all the time, even when our Tide should do his ulti. I carried to my best potential so did my other friend, which played anti-mage. We had teamfight after teamfight and we won most of them, but if I died or my friend did. The rest of our teammates didn't know what to do, which can be understandable. So we told them, but their reaction was like several seconds late.
Oh well, just me ranting. I could've played better myself in the beginning. But I was already tired then, and now I am even more. Enough for today.
To make it more than a rant, does anybody else had similar extremely exhausting games?

Start harassing when Burning Spear is Level 2, not 1, to avoid cutting into your health too much.
Armlet is great because not only does it make you even stronger but you benefit a bit off the health drain as well.
Helm of Dominator -> Satanic is usually also gotten so that you can stay in the fight longer.
You can cast Inner Vitality on yourself before jumping into a fight for more staying power. Also when necessary don't be a selfish dick and actually use it on your teammates when they need it.
Turn on Armlet AFTER using Life Break or you'll end up losing more HP.
BKB is also great on him because not only does it stop the enemy from stunning you and whatnot but it lets you stop Life Break from taking away your HP if you activate it before.
Life Break THEN BKB for free damage. It sounds silly but that's just how Huskar works.

Yeah, pushers are heroes who excel in destroying towers and creep waves. Initiators are the heroes who start team fights with good area-of-effect spells like Tidehunter's Ravage and general tankiness.

Some of this stuff isn't impressive at all. Tiny landing avalanches and autoattacking, Naix auto attacking, surviving a snipe with Armlet.
Also why kill them when they're all vacuumed? Rax them and win, kill the courier that trys to bring TP's
The Windrunner, Miranna arrow on Morphling and Pudge predicting that leap were all great though

Just press the button that takes you back to main-menu (far-left corner) and jump back to game; voila, chat works again.
