Is it better to max E or Q after maxing W as leshrac?
Personally I max E, because the lightning storm is brilliant for wrecking creep waves. But if you feel you'll be stunning people more, go Q. It's really up to the current game. Ganking, getting kills -> Q Pushing -> E
[HD]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HllcOzKpiLs[/HD] watch the cursor, this was one of the hardest thing I have ever done I could have sworn he was mindfucking me and trying to get me to waste it
Anyone have a good Bane item build? I've already got a good ability build. [editline]7th May 2012[/editline]
[HD]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HllcOzKpiLs[/HD] watch the cursor, this was one of the hardest thing I have ever done I could have sworn he was mindfucking me and trying to get me to waste it
Also dude that is fucking awesome :3
Most guides say to max lightning storm over split earth since split earth is already good at lvl 1
Even tho some comp Leshracs are skipping E completely.
Even tho some comp Leshracs are skipping E completely.
Mostly because if you are playing lesh your job isn't to counter push usually it's to push hard and fast. Maxing Q before E is just as efficient as maxing E but it gives you a stun. You can use your Q to smash the creep waves with it's larger radius and then pick them all off when they are stunned. Also the bigger stun radius helps you more in fights. E is good for counter pushing and can be useful but I still think maxing W then Q is best.
Tried out Leshrac again alone because I've given up on attempting to deal with people in co-op and I've suddenly taken a massive liking to him. However, I don't really like this guide because I hate buying items and then not turning them into anything. Slapped this together based on a gank-early push-later playstyle that I feel I would play him as, keeping a lot of the original guide but changing some of the early items. Skill Build Level 1 - Split Earth Level 2 - Diabolic Edict Level 3 - Diabolic Edict Level 4 - Split Earth OR Lightning Storm (Toying with the idea of getting one Lightning Storm early for some extra damage during ganks but I'm not familiar enough with the hero to know if this would strain my mana too much) Level 5 - Diabolic Edict Level 6 - Split Earth Level 7 - Diabolic Edict Level 8 - Split Earth Level 9 - Lightning Storm / Split Earth (Depending on what I decide for Level 4) Level 10 - Pulse Nova Level 11 - Pulse Nova Level 12 - Lightning Storm Level 13 - Lightning Storm Level 14 - Lightning Storm Level 15 - Stats Level 16 - Pulse Nova Level 17+ - Stats Starting Items: x2 x3 Then get a Sage's Mask to make an Urn, and get boots/go gank. Sell branch eventually too. After that I'd more or less follow the core items in that guide, except without Veil of Discord because I think my damage would already be ridiculous and I don't see myself getting the gold to afford such an expensive build. Thoughts/comments/insults?
professional profit build boots tango treants basilius treads you are now ready to destroy towers and fuck bitches

http://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/tbj5u/played_a_match_against_jeremy_lin/ Long story short, reddit player got to play an inhouse with Jeremy Lin. Lin played as Tiny and did pretty well. lol [editline]8th May 2012[/editline]

Ogre Magi Born: May 9, 2012 Guess that's cyborgmatt's guess/hunch?
Ogre Magi Born: May 9, 2012 Guess that's cyborgmatt's guess/hunch?
That's not Cyborgmatt.
Just played a game with a friend. With 3 other foreign people, speaking russian, no doubt. They all instalocked carries. Then, when the round started, they didn't buy anything and all three immediately went top... Needless to say, we got crushed.
Played chen in a game for the first time. Jungling and ganking were pretty lackluster, but I saved about 5 teammates and saved our Drow twice from certain death. That feel when he said "i love u chen". It was more rewarding than any triple kills I ever had.
why did no one tell me how good DP is
Should I build Rod or Orchid after buying force staff on Outhouse Destroyer
DP is amazing and your build is questionable and no pubstomps
what are you talking about that build is fine it was 3v5 get out of here
I usually get boots then bloodstone then upgrade boots to travel and fucking push everything and get insane farm. It's fun.
you didnt mention it was 3v5! i personally prefer going phase boots -> bloodstone (pretty much mandatory on dp) -> vanguard if i have a little extra farm for better pushing / tank help -> shiva's or assault cuirass idk how good it is theorically but dp is my best hero [editline]7th May 2012[/editline] i just dont see why you would need dagon, can you explain
I'd skip vanguard and go straight for Shiva's. Armor, Intelligence, and an AoE slow? Basically perfect after Bloodstone. If you have extra farm sell phase and buy BoT

So , feeding means you can report people for being bad?
It means you can report them for feeding.
It's so fun to go leshrac against pubs. They have NO CLUE what to do. "Oh god our tower fell. Oh FUCK Our TIER 2 FELL. GO DEFEND OH GOD WHAT THEY KILLED US? OUR TIER 3 AND BARRACKS FELL IN 20 MINUTES WHAT THE FUCK."
What are some of the useful console commands and keybinds?
say The Rape Train has no brakes!
I think you have to put anything you want to say in quote marks else it'll only say the first word and nothing else. also Dota_force_right_mouse_attack 1 (or something similar) Makes denying so much easier.
It means you can report them for feeding.

So , feeding means you can report people for being bad?
afaik the intention of "report for intentional feeding" is that they're more or less trolling; not that they're bad at DOTA. If someone keeps running top and dying without even doing anything to save themselves then you should report for intentional feeding.
What are some of the useful console commands and keybinds?
dota_range_display 1200 or sth. Makes the ring around you show the range of: Experience gain Blink dagger Pudge hook (actually it's 1300, but it doesn't matter that much rly) I don't always use it, exept when I play ES or when I'm being outlaned hard, so I know the range which I can stay in to get exp.

I hope Valve isn't gonna fuck up Dota2's artstyle by allowing some totally out-of-place community creations... much like in TF2. I never liked TF2 items except the genuine Valve items, and I believe TF2 is a clusterfuck of boring/useless items. So here hoping that doesn't happen to Dota2.
So here hoping that doesn't happen to Dota2.
Wanna bet? Dota2 will be another item market to analyze/manipulate in the near future.
Team Fortress 2's store system was an experiment, Gabe has even stated that. An experiment for what you might ask? An experiment that will ensure that they won't fuck up Dota 2 and other future projects.
TF2 ain't fucked up. At least I feel like all the cosmetic stuff matters little.
TF2 ain't fucked up. At least I feel like all the cosmetic stuff matters little.
It made the aesthetic shit, you have to admit. Look at Cowmangler for example.
