Don't use it if your teammates around you are autoattacking the target like in a teamfight.

The Blink Dagger AOE is too big for huge ults like Tide's one, he make a better use of a Force Staff, that gives him an initiate and escape mechanism, gives him much needed mana, and lots of other uses.

Is there any way to rebind the "press scroll wheel to drag the screen"? I'm experimenting with control schemes, but I don't know how to change that one.

Gotta wait for the right moment.

Not actually having your team behind you as you blink in. Depends heavily on the position of the teams, of course it's always useful cause pubs are pubs.

You can't mod files for Dota 2, unfortunately. You could turn off hero voice if you wanted to play Puck, but that's it.
