It's ridiculously expensive and he has insanely high int gain so he doesn't need the mana from it that badly. Also instead of a Scepter I generally get a BKB so you actually get a chance to use your ult without getting cancelled by people like Vengeful and Tiny.

But Vengeful Spirit's ulti goes through BKB. :v:

They kept calling us shit and said "umad" over and over while calling themselves pro. We didn't lose a tower that game
