Just tried it, really nice to run away. Doesn't helps when theres 4 bots after me though, which is 70% of the times.

I just went 28/1 as shadow fiend on an unfair bots game. How well do you think that would do against real players? As i've never played SF before i played with bots and ended up being overfed.

Anyone know when the next wave of beta invites is coming to the eastern region of North America (it's my understanding that invites are given out in batches by region)? God damn, just played a great game as Treant Protector. Had no idea what I was building but it worked. I like him pretty good.

Point is, it isn't going to happen. Even a organized team is pretty worthless against Lycan, becuase you can ward his jungle, or stop rosh,o o try to gank him, but you can't do ALL these things. He's too powerful and has too many options. His ult let's him escape damn near anythign, especially once his BKB is up. (which will be quick) Lycan is retardedly broken and needs to be nerfed badly.

Lycan is first banned because hes strong but also because the DOTA 2 pool isnt complete. I mentioned long ago loads of counters to lycan that arent in the pool yet, many of them who rape him really hard thru out the entire game.(meepo for his anti-carry abilities and overall inmobilization spells, magnataur with his ulti, nyx assassin with his stupid jungle ganking abilities, naga siren with her snare and ulti, techies if played right can literally shit on his life bombing the jungle). He still is, probably, the strongest early-game carry out there, in all the dota pool, but he still is counterable and defeatable(Beastmasterrrr). Remember when anti-mage and void were banned every single game? the lycan ban-fad will stop once more heroes are added to the pool.

He is just annoying to the enemy team. Dark Seer screws up positioning on a whim and makes teamfights less clear, while Lycan requires some effort to keep from achievieng snowball status. With Anti-Mage, you have to keep him in constant check, but at least he has to lane. Rikimaru has to be babysat and until diffusal blade is suspectable to dust. Lycan doesn't have to lane ,doesn't have any simple weaknesses and scales great into mid. He also fits current Tower Push meta due to Howl, Aura, especially if he goes Necro III build. He isn't overpowered, just trickier than some other carries. Also, bans in competetive games are rarely about getting rid of OP hero. A team would rather get one with their first pick and ban some essentials/utility, but thanks to now combined efforts of Ice Frog and Valve, there are very rarely overpowered heroes (compared to rest), thus bans are more about limiting options to suit one's strategy. If team doesn't want enemy to be able to push, they will bane pushers (Enigma, Chen, Enchantress, Brood,etc), while possibly snagging some for their team as well. They don't want late game ? Anti-Mage, OD, crossed out. They don't want heroes that require specific approach, Dark Seer, Lycan, Brood out. If we base our perception of game balance on competetive games, why not go CM, Tequoia, Windrunner, Leshrac, Anti-Mage every game, since they are some of the most popular picks, "thus they are enchanted with win". Play game, have fun, if something kicks your ass, watch reply, analyse and think up ways to prevent that in the future. Don't blame balance first, it takes extensive knowledge to even have a grasp of balancing game like this.

So how exactly does meepo and his ult work? Cause i noticed that his ult is passive. I really don't understand how he works as a whole.

They have to be on h the hole time to stop him from carry and the other team just loses a hard carry. Not fun to watch eoher

So you can have meepos all over the map. Farming. Killing. Ganking. Pushing. But if one dies. They all die. But you can teleport all meepos to one meepo at any time to save them or to set up for good pushes or good ganks. You need to be really good with micro.

I really don't understand how he works as a whole.[/QUOTE] Lvl 1 - you get 1 more meepo Lvl 2 - you get 1 more meepo on top of that lvl 3 - you get 1 more meepo on of that Aghanim - another meepo In total ,you can have 4 meepoes and 1 main meepo. All those other meepoes from ultimate/agh only get your boots (in terms of items) and share death, i.e. if any meepo dies, they all die (it also concerns real meepo).
