Given the farm, most of those heroes will out-carry Lycan, its just not very likely to happen without massive pressure early-game or some really nice kills early from carries that are capable of it.

The reason people think AM is OP is because he's doing his job: Countering mages. Theres no reason to QQ about AM being OP if his job is to hinder your spellcasting severely by burning off all your mana and being half-immune to it. What makes AM the hero he is is his mobility and damage on single targets. You need to fucking lock AM down with CC and eat him alive, AM is squishy against physical damage and long CC. Just shut up and pick some CC, he will melt when you take a glance at him. Or just pick Eredar (Shadow Demon)

Omfg Zeus is so fuckin OP, why won't Valve nerf him he's so OP. He deals shitloads of damage based on your max HP, has a AoE chain-nuke with a 3 second cooldown, 700 range 300 damage nuke and a motherfucking global nuke ult which always kills you. He's so fucking OP and once he gets an Aghanim you might aswell sit at base cause the ult does so much damage wtf OP nerf him already valve.

I would love to analyse what made you OP in that case. I am not arguing for the sake of it, I just think that no hero is Overpowered and I would like to prove it with analysis and examples.

It isn't hardcounter, but Lycan gets severely cock-blocked when Bloodseeker ults him, removing the best thing his ult gives: Movespeed. Just get oldschool Alchemist build instead of going SnY on BS and you'll do good against Lycan, unless he has farmed the entire time. (Just in case; Vanguard > Radiance) Gankers with great chasing and 1v1 capabilities shut down Lycan, just remember to do it constantly. [sp]crybaby faggots <3[/sp]

Also, try Balanar or Spiritbreaker against him. I have done so and it has succeeded well, not always won the game since those times the case was team not helping me do it, not even a single ward. But the times they have, usually Lycan just cries and calls me a noob for some reason, propably him getting constantly killed.

Regarding to the color changing feature, I don't really see a problem with it except the kiddies who try to be cool and use IceFrog colors.

So yesterday just had my first matchmaking game with a friend of mine. Made the mistake of choosing OD which doesn't has anything really useful for a newbie at first, so we got piledrived since only my buddy was doing anything at all, and still was getting it in the ass. I was on bottom and had a Lycan and a Storm Spirit constantly annoying me. I remember them being in the double digits while I was still on Lv.9 On top of that, we had a bitchy Puck that would do nothing but complain about me, and in the end, he got his ass kicked more than anyone else, doing as much as me. Needless is to say, we lost. So MM with my friend is out of question since I'll get dragged into people doing sommersaults, fapping and killing me at the same time, so I went solo today. First game with Crystal Maiden (lovely freezing spells IMO) I do pretty good. There was this Clockwerk at the top that got his ass handed out to him many times by me, easy as hell and great practice. A Lycan also showed up, but since he wasn't that well farmed, also got his ass kicked. His wolves nearly killed me once but the towers took care of them while I ran. I was doing good, but sadly, I was the only one doing good, which is bad. 3 of our players had disconnected, so it was me and Jakiro which helped me with a few kills at the top. The other guys were already chewing our middle towers, but I could still land some ultis on them or freeze and kill them. We lost though, but no wonder, 4 or 5 players vs 2... Had another game after, did pretty well to the point of spawnkilling multiple people with the ultimate. Only died because a bloodseeker in my team drained the last bits of my health once and I think someone killed me aswell. But overall, killed 12 and died twice. Pretty good game for a realistic second time against people like me. 3rd game I played after started good but ended in a trainwreck for my score. Died like 11 times and just killed once. Was pretty distracted and whenever I tried to kill someone, the rest of the team would come out of the fog. That and a pesky Kunkka with a light ulti kept on dumping his bottled ship on us. Still, I can see how everyone is pretty weak right now. No team work unless you have smart experienced people in a team, people don't even stop CM's ultimate and actually let her finish and then they kill me. Better than having Storm Spirits taking shots at me. Loving this game so far, but I'm a mess sometimes.

Also, for the ones playing Spiritbreaker, get 2 ranks on W, one on E then max Q. The extra AD from W is doubled at 2nd rank, E obviovisly because bash and maxing Q makes your ganks more successful instead of maxing W right away. Build is Urn and boots ASAP, if doing well go for fast Armlet, if not so well go Drum before Armlet, Follow up by (MoM), BKB and AC/Heart. I'm not insisting you to get MoM, but it's good on him. And by saying this I am presuming you are using the active on 1v1 situations only, or when you are steamrolling their supports. The lifesteal counters some of the Lifedrain from Armlet and active makes you hit like a truck due to Armlet giving insane damage and movespeed = even more damage. You should go for squishies, enemy Assassins being the priority if they're on your supports/squishies. (QoP, Gondar, Riki), and if enemy has invis heroes: [U]Always carry [B]dust[/B][/U]. Those heroes die really fast, thats why they rely on their stealth to save them. If you use dust, you can make a dining-table out of their bones and have a dinner of blood and tears from their wimpy glumps of mass that some call "corpses". I don't recommend on going face-on on many heroes before you have BKB, but unless they got no CC you have a chance to get both of them fairly easily. (Still expecting they're squishies) Save ult as a semi-finisher, when you get no lucky bashes and they're getting away cast it on their pathetic bottoms. Using it as a full-on finisher is not bad either, but you're sort of minimizing the damage potential it can do if you do so. Best targets to gank are agi heroes with no escape-releated spells are the easiest ones, like Drow of Sniper if they don't have Shadowblade (fuck you if u got no dust at this phase if they do) Also, the hero who wins the "most easily ganked" award is: [sp]Zeus[/sp]

When I played Spirit Breaker not long ago, my item build was really different, I didn't get an urn at all, and rushed Drums, I think it synergises very well with Bara, more than Urn. After that I got a BKB, and then started going for more aggressive items with an AC to begin, followed by a HotD into a Satanic.

And I literally mean it. Since you're the Pain-train of death of your team, who's usually always around the kills urn is not bad at all, since the mana regen helps you get it back almost every time before you're going on your next gank. Also, if somebody "more important urn holder" (Pudge needs it alot more than Bara) has an urn already, go for Medallion, saves the same purpose anyways, which is helping you score kills while you're ganking.
