Yo dawg...
I dont care if people love Tali, they dont put me off the character. But I didn't actually like her at all in ME1. Even though I was a paragon, I was usually mean to her wherever possible (though I still gave her the data for her pilgramage, for some reason). I wouldn't even have accepted her onto my ship if Udina hadn't forced me.
I think because she was so popular with the fans, the interactions between her and shepard were more personal than most of the crew in ME2, so I ended up warming to her a bit. But I'd still never romance her, that's just feels a bit too weird for me.
I cant wait for tommorow, just listen to this and think of ME3, everything will be okay.

"ending song"
Can't people even bother putting the real name into the title?
Also, M4 Part 1 + 2 played in conjunction is way better.

Meh. I didnt like Part 1, it wasnt as good as part 2.

I prefer sinister music, at least between battles, because I like to think of space as deadly place. There is a fluent passage between danger and opportunity in my opinion.
I should probably watch Solaris, since I've only read the book.
Also, anyone else love this track?

So here's to hoping Bioware fucks pure Paragon / Renegade players in the ass in ME3
Paragade and Renegon are the best builds

Oh yes, I love this song -- so this is the original slow version of the LotSB combat music?

And that's the fast version. I didn't realise this before, just when I opened your media tag I was thinking that the song is very familiar from another DLC.
About Solaris: The book and the first movie differs very much from the 2002 version of Soderbergh's masterpiece, which I find to be the best philosophical interpretation of Lem's work. Most critics however put the 2002 version literally through a meat grinder because you have to think about the ending to understand it.
Haven't played LotSB yet, so not listening to that.
Haven't played LotSB yet, so not listening to that.
It's about double the speed if not more and I agree you shouldn't listen to it. Save up this orchestral piece of crack rock for the actual game.
If you watched Solaris (2002) please tell me how you liked it and what you think of it's ending, I'm curious what you think about it.
If it's of any comfort to you, we are also working on a teaser trailer for Mass Effect Chronicles.

Mass Effect: Biotics Unleashed. Starring Jack.

Is it the 'starring Jack' or why does it sound like a generic porn title to me?

The 'Unleashed' bit screams porno.
Now if Jack wasn't the most unattractive female character in ME (In my opinion, anyways), I wouldn't shiver at that implication.
Jack's pretty hot IMO. It's just her lack of hair and tattoos turn a lot of people off.

Yeah, pretty much. It's also the fact that she looks a little flat-chested, could be just me, though.
I admit her face is also much better than Miranderp's.
I just started my renegade male Shepard playthrough. All I have to say so far is drink it.

Agreed, if the tattoos would be gone as well, she'd instantly be a considerable LI for ME3.
Anyone know what that track is that plays whenever you talk to the elusive man? It's pretty cool

Except in ME2 the game mechanics highly discourage anything except pure Paragon/Renegade. If you try to play a middle ground, you don't get access to the Charm/indimidate options, and among other annoyances you're almost guaranteed to lose the loyalty of two squadmates.
Unless you manage to get very high paragon AND renegade, but that's unlikely.

The award-winning Mass Effect game universe has now arrived on your iPhone and iPod touch! Tales of human courage and individual human achievement resound through the galaxy. Here is your opportunity to play the story of Jacob Taylor, a biotic-powered super-soldier who stumbles across a plot to terrorize civilization's greatest beacon of hope, the mighty Citadel space station. Can you prevent a heinous attack that threatens to knock humanity off the Galactic stage?
Jacob Taylor, super soldier. Right

no five second sex scene then :saddowns:
I know, I just feel like if you go pure paragon (or renegade) you are bound to make some bad decisions. See: Rachni, saving the Council, Quarian-Geth war and the Collector base.
I feel like saving the Council is the right choice (or at least not forcing a full-human council) since that'll promote humanity's status as trustworthy allies, which is worth losing a couple ships. But then again, losing the Collector base could be a pretty bad setback in the long run.
That game was pretty shallow but fun until Mass Effect 2 came out.

Damn, now I have to get ME and ME2 when I upgrade my PC. Maybe in ME3 she'll grow her hair out a bit, though that's unlikely.

From the Mass Effect 3 leak thread, I think it's pretty much confirmed.
Ninja'd.
