If the end of the game is on Earth, I want the most epic space battle ever to be taking place overhead.
This, oh please this. [editline]10th December 2010[/editline]
But we all know that EA and Reapers are the same thing.
Evil?
I'll just go ahead and block all urls that have "mass-effect" in them in the Router when the time comes..
The plot summary makes it sound like ME3 will be all about Earth, which I don't want. Why would everybody in the galaxy suddenly just care about Earth? And why does it say that the reapers only want to wipe out humanity?
You don't even know the events that directly lead up the invasion. Maybe something happens, like there is a discovery or a new piece of technology and the Reapers want humanity gone. Summing up the entire game from one paragraph is a bit short-sited.
If the end of the game is on Earth, I want the most epic space battle ever to be taking place overhead.
That'd be awesome.
Bailey just needs to come back in Mass Effect 3.
BW's said that Kelly doesn't count on cheating, at least if they haven't changed their minds.
Oh, good. Because Kelly wasn't really worth it, it was just an accident. I made it pretty clear in my playthroughs that while I helped Humanity when I could, I put the Council needs before them.
I hope I get the Evolution comics before the game's out :ohdear:

1. No. 2. Purhaps. system - No. Though I am still against for any form of MP in ME3. A spinoff, sure, would buy it as well, but ME3? No.
I was digging through my screenshots folder today... :wtc: Also, needless to say, I'm really excited for ME3. It sucks how we might not see un-destroyed Earth cities, though.

Fixed, thanks
[img_thumb]http://i51.tinypic.com/24v7fjs.jpg[/img_thumb] Since the festive season is almost upon us, I thought it might be a nice idea to send out some specially themed Christmas cards for a select few Mass Effect fans. There will be five cards up for grabs and they each uniquely feature a different squad member, but the twist is that I won't be telling you which ones I've chosen until after the competition has finished and you won't know who will be receiving which card until they are delivered. To be in with a chance of winning, just PM me your answers to the following questions: Who is your most favourite squad member? (This may or may not be a deciding factor in which card you get so choose wisely.) Who is your least favourite squad member? (This may or may not be a deciding factor in which card you get so choose wisely.) Why do you think you should be the recipient of an awesome Mass Effect card? The deadline for this competition is Tuesday 14th December at 11pm GMT with the cards hopefully being finished and sent out the following day so they arrive in time for Christmas. Please remember to PM me your answers so that I can easily find it, although feel free to post it in the thread as well if you like. Only one entry per user and entries cannot be changed once I have received them. Good luck, everyone!
Just a quick reminder for anyone who wants to win an awesome Mass Effect Christmas card. Plus, click here for a sneak peak at one of the cards (still a work in progress and is subject to change)!
Anyone want to link me to a modification that'll allow me to play as either Tali or Garrus in Mass Effect 2?
Not sure on that, but the multiplayer better not ruin ME3.
Well, fuck. Now I have to enter the metaphorical bunker. It will be much appreciated if you folks can spoiler all your posts regarding ME3, I already know more than I wanted to allow. I refuse to let the awesome be spoiled like in ME2, problematic that I don't want to stay the fuck out of this thread at the same time..

It doesn't make sense they'd focus entirely on Earth, that's not worth a good ending to the Mass Effect trilogy. It's not grand enough, it's not big enough. It's just Earth. Bioware has a tendancy to fuck with us. Besides, rallying the races of the galaxy is basically the plot of [sp]Dragon Age, another bioware game[/sp] However, if it's just the beginning chapter of the story, maybe it'll be good. But honestly, I'm not hyped anymore.

Not everyone (me) will spoilertag unless it's some really major shit. Anyway, just completed my second full run of ME2, this time saved the base since it seems like the better choice. So far, saved the council, saved the rachni, saved genophage data for own use, kept rachni data for own use, saved Collector base. Now onwards to LotSB.
You sure like to save stuff.
I really wish I hadn't spoiled the plot of ME3 for myself. But hey, it just raises more questions, anyways I'm going to watch the ME3 trailer then completely block out all media.
I have a feeling earth and humanity is targeted, solely because of Shepard. Think about it, the Reapers became obsessed with humanity and Shepard ever since ME2. If Shepard, a human, destroys yet *another* reaper and defeats the collectors, the Reapers will probably deem Humanity too dangerous. More than likely, Earth is a central piece of tragedy to fuel the player, such as maybe destruction of half of the world. But that sprials onwards to the other planets and areas. But let's face it, with all Humanity or, rather, Shepard a Human, has done to the Reapers. It is only logical, they hit them first. Quarians, Turians, Asari, never seen reapers, let alone fight them. Shepard, a Human, fought and basically destroyed 3 (If you argue Saren, which is Sovergien's avatar, The Humanoid Reaper Form, and the Derelict Reaper), and while those races might have been a part of his squad, Shepard, himself; was the leader. I bet ME3 ends in your death too.
[sp]London, huh, so we gonna kill off em Smug Chavs[/sp]
Haven't played LotSB yet, so not listening to that.
Overlord and LotSB are the best DLC made. For any game. Ever. Period.
You sure like to save stuff.
I'm a saver, babe
Overlord and LotSB are the best DLC made. For any game. Ever. Period.
Just finished LotSB, it's definitely in my top 3. Others being Ballad of Gay Tony and Horse Armor. The SB's ship section was kinda short, but the dossiers and Liara lovin' were worth it. [editline]11th December 2010[/editline] The Horse Armor part was a joke by the way [editline]11th December 2010[/editline] get it? [editline]11th December 2010[/editline] it's because it's terrible, haha
No what are you on about the Horse Armor was the best.
haha hehehe hoo [editline]11th December 2010[/editline] yeah, I know right
