Unlike Paragon Shepard or a Shepard that hates Cerberus, Grayson got captured, and was implanted with Reaper technology. Shepard on the other hand has either blown the base to hell or gave the base, depends on what you did. Either because they couldn't capture him/her, or because he/she is loyal or too useful to be killed.[/sp]
