That would be pretty fucking pointless. Dual wielding is mostly for showing off in games.
That, or for using high cap ammo weapons with low damage to maximum effect. It was pretty useful in Halo 2 and Modern Warfare 2(not saying much seeing as MW2 was unbalanced as it was), so if implemented properly in ME3, it could work pretty well.

It's just that it would feel out of place for me.

I can understand that. It does seem pretty show offy. As a game mechanic, it's good, but in such a serious climate as Mass Effect, it would seem sorta...odd.

I don't think they even try to be funny.
After watching She-ra with a friend, for some reason Shadow Weaver really reminds me a little bit of Tali or just any quarian in a way, well except for her infamous doings.

Funny how I heard that one episode that she shown her face in front of a kid, kid's reaction was...well you get the idea.

Still, ME-related.

For some reason I thought she had one large eye in the middle, instead of two triangular eyes.

I actually kinda liked it until he completely jumped the shark.
I mean seriously, abortion in a comic I read for gaming lulz.
Smooth.
Following cryptic hints as to its identity offered earlier this week, another binary string was posted on the developer's Facebook page earlier today. When translated it apparently displays the URL for the British Secret Intelligence Service – otherwise known as MI6.
Holy shit. That Twitter update says that we'll see the first look at Mass Effect 3. Oh god oh man oh God oh man.
ok, i have been stupid, naive and silly about our discussion on military vehicles in mass effect. lets take a step back into discussion about our almighty god emperor

Shame that your character cant dual wield.
Commander Shepard has military training. I think he knows better than to dual wield.
Dual wielding would make be cool on a soldier class but on the others it would just look stupid.
Actually, I don't want mass effect to turn into halo or CoD
No. I don't want ME3 polluted by stupid ideas like british armor and dual wielding.

Dual wielding just looks stupid. Period. For those of you who disagree, have you ever fired a weapon? You need both hands to keep a pistol steady, to say nothing of an automatic weapon. It just dosn't happen.

also if you pick up a gun for right-handed people and put it in your left hand. It's ridiculously awkward to hold it.

The thought of dual-wielding magnums (yes, MW2 I'm looking at you) is pretty laughable.
And if there was pistol dual wielding, what would be the reason to have "heavy" in "heavy pistol"?
Almost as laughable as dual wielding lever-action shotguns, firing them more than once, and reloading them in less than a minute.
And they might have just put "heavy" in front of all pistols in ME2 so that everyone that didn't choose soldier felt like they weren't idiots going into combat with just a pistol.
