Wow there are some good characters on the "alredy included characters list." Sonic, Manny Calavera, Guybrush and Earthworm Jime etc. Anyway I voted for Yoshi.

In MGS4 there is about 4-5 hours, the other games have less
you can just skip them.
I would vote for that guy you play as in Darkest Of Day. He gets picked up in the middle of a fight against indians, and 20 minutes later he have mastered how to use grenades, cannons and bolt-action rifles, been told about WW2, shown time travel and then he gets sent into a huge battle in the american civillian war. And after that he fights against romans in the roman times, and in WW1 and WW2.
They forgot like everyone.
